    I swear, I've never seen a frosting look any smoother than you Mr. Patisserie. The moment I saw the piping of velvety smooth buttercream, I was like that's it, this'll frost my cake.

    Thank you for the wonderful recipe! i tried American butter cream before but it was too sweet for me. Your recipe made my day! And although, the recipe is not that sweet itself, decided to reduce 1/4 of sugar, using only 75g of sugar and the butter cream turned out amazing. ❤

    Guys give this recipe a try overall tastes amazing it’s just perfect trust me it’s not sweet as American buttercream it’s just the right amount of sweetness I remember giving American buttercream a try it was so sweet and my whole family couldn’t swallow the rosette cake I made with it this Italian meringue buttercream is awesome I added a 1/2 or a tsp of vanilla essence and just less a little cubes of butter because it was getting a bit yellow but just beat on low speed and it won’t turn so yellowy guys I’m not a professional but I got some what of a experience in baking so I highly recommend it 😊
    Seriously when I saw this cream I felt so confident to give it a try I’m so glad to come over this recipe because I was really struggling since I couldn’t find the right buttercream I sticked to whipping cream these years but after finding this recipe this is my go to recipe for all cupcakes cakes or any desserts another tips is to use a cheap butter so it’s light In colour thanks for reading till the end hope it’s helpful

      My Opera cake uses French butter cream. You just need to change the coffee to water: ruclips.net/video/hXD4xdf1ZS4/видео.html
      Swiss butter cream requires sterile eggs, so I usually don't make it. But you can make English butter cream. You can watch this video: ruclips.net/video/vcR8cqsP7dM/видео.html

    Thank you so so much for this small batch recipe.... I always wanted to try Italian buttercream but with all the tutorial in RUclips making massive amount of buttercream so I couldn't try it out yet as I was sceptical about trying those recipe and wasting a whole lot of butter😅😅😅.       Keini Marcano - si no me equivoco si queda igual , pero queda un poco más saladita . cada marca le pone diferentes cantidades de sal entonces dicen que es mejor usar mantequilla sin sal y ponerle la pizca de sal . pero si no tienes mantequillas sin sal , no te preocupes , usa esa . solo omitir la sal adicional !

      Não sei se já teve sua resposta, mas recentemente eu fiz e essa receita cobriu só a parte de cima de um mini bolo no acetato.
      Hj vou fazer 3 medidas para ver se tb cobre só a parte de cima de uma de 25cm no acetato
