Have you ever used freeze dried berry powder in this recipe? I've used it with the reg sweetened condensed milk recipe but that didn't work. It took the sweetness away which meant I had no choice but to add cups of powdered sugar to get some of the sweetness back. Any help you or anyone else can give would be greatly appreciated...

That’s what they mean by condensed milk. The only other one is evaporated milk which a baker would NEVER make that mistake and evaporated milk is way whiter and almost as thin as dairy milk. She def used sweetened condensed milk
Hi, yes you can but you need to chill the buttercream in the refrigerator first before you use it. The heat on your hands will make it soft again while piping, so just chill it again in the refrigerator.

Why did you chill the mixture for 20mins?
Because of the melted marshmallow which is a bit warm but you dont have to do this if you use the store bought marshmsllow fluff.
