    This is an interesting combination however I think this may be too sweet. Can we add purees to this for flavor? There's certain extracts/essances that I don't mind using but when it comes to berry extracts/essances I try to stay clear because they don't taste real. Have you ever used freeze dried berry powder in this recipe? I've used it with the reg sweetened condensed milk recipe but that didn't work. It took the sweetness away which meant I had no choice but to add cups of powdered sugar to get some of the sweetness back. Any help you or anyone else can give would be greatly appreciated...

    Hello. I want to use the marshmallow fluff as a cream for walling my drinks. I have a Bubble Tea shop. And I have seen some Shops that uses It as walling. Do you know how can I do the fluff ?
    Just melt the marshmallow?
    Or melt It AND then whisk with heavy cream ?

    How stable this butter cream? Can I leave it in a room temperature for half day or so? I live in hot place.

      While it wouldn’t make anyone sick , if you live in hot climate the cake won’t look so good after awhile in the heat- it has a brick of butter and butter melts in heat

    Is the condensed milk sweetened condensed milk? If not, do you think it would still work well with sweetened condensed milk?

      That’s what they mean by condensed milk. The only other one is evaporated milk which a baker would NEVER make that mistake and evaporated milk is way whiter and almost as thin as dairy milk.
      She def used sweetened condensed milk

      Hi, yes you can but you need to chill the buttercream in the refrigerator first before you use it. The heat on your hands will make it soft again while piping, so just chill it again in the refrigerator.

      Most do. There are vegan marshmallows but most contain gelatin

      No but there are other marshmallow buttercream that don’t involve condensed milk- a far better solution than trying to sub the crux of the recipe

      Because of the melted marshmallow which is a bit warm but you dont have to do this if you use the store bought marshmsllow fluff.
