Instead of upgraded trims and more powerful engines , it’ll be great if they did small things like get rid of the annoying speed warning, add an electronic rear view mirror and improve the steering.
@@Nom_AnorVSJedi for me is not and issue at all I don't feel any difference from any other car - I have Toyota Hilux( 2023 ) and BMW X5 ( 2024 ). Planing to sale my Toyota. Just to mention in my country the driver seat is on the Left - so i don't know if there is any difference in the size and position of the foot rest in between left and right driving positions. I really enjoying driving that car.
The V8 version is amazing 🚜💨💨 The color of the Detour is pretty cool but why in God's name are some parts in silver?! 🤔 This car needs and deserves a black pack ⬛️ Anyway I would prefer a hardcore offroad version from Arcane Works ✌🏼
Thanks for commenting. I suppose this is/can be pretty hard core off-road since all you need do is add a few of the Trialmaster add-ons. I just figured that those spending $164K are more likely to focus on the on-road experience, but they are not removing any of the capability of the regular Grenadier. I agree with you on the V8 versions... looking forward to seeing that!
Great content. Please keep it coming. These are exactly the kind of upgrades that I would like to see from arcane. However I completely agree. The starting price is out of this world for what you’re actually getting especially because there are no functionality changes to the vehicle and everything is purely cosmetic. This reminds me of BMWs Individual. If I was able to pick and choose some of these features on my standard fieldmaster i would jump on them.
Thanks for your comments. I agree with you that we'll probably one day see Arcane Works options offered along side the Fieldmaster / Trialmaster either a-la-carte or as a trim kit pack. Lots that they can do here and it will be fun to see what they come up with.
It's almost like the Anti-G as the Detour is touching the pricing of a G-wagon. But I am aware that some who can afford a G-wagon would still not buy one because it represents something that they don't identify with. It'll be fun to watch how this develops!

Very nice , but way to expensive for the extra bits and bobs , I agree wait and let’s see in 18 months what happens as it will definitely grow into a special product after all the creases are ironed out
Hi Josh. I just bought a grenadier here in the US and I have heard that here in the US you cannot use the LED auxiliary lights (front grill), unless you are in the off road mode, is this correct? I tried to turn them on and they did not work. Thank you and great content! Edward
Hi Edward - thanks for the question. Here's what the manual said about it - it requires a certain set of circumstances in order for thim to come on: The LED Auxiliary High Beam Lights, also known as the working lamps, are ADDITIONAL headlamps that can only be activated together with the high beam (In some regions Off-road or Wading Mode must also be selected). To operate the lamps, the ignition first needs to be on and the (aux Light) button located in the overhead control panel should be then pressed, which will illuminate to notify the driver that the lamps are switched on. NOTE: The lamps will have the same effects as the high beam which will create glare to oncoming traffic. NOTE: The use of the LED Auxiliary High Beam Lights are strictly for off-road purposes only. LED Auxiliary High Beam Lights could temporarily blind other road users. Let me know if I answered the wrong question!

That is done. Just got mine last week. Speed limiter can be disabled from central display in the configuration
