Although I haven’t tried a vega trem I believe kahler is better or at least in that level. I am really looking forward to watch a proper review from you as it is an awesome bridge which many people may not know. Please Darrel give me a reply.

Well done, as usual, Darrell. The guitar looks great, and the pickups are really impressive. There was one moment, at about 11:40, when I thought the Schecter came very close to duplicating the sound of your Tele. In any case, it handles gain very well, and yes, it looks like it plays very smoothly.

The roasted or torrefied process is not so much for drying up the water in the wood. That easily causes over shrinkage, cracks and warps. In fact wood kiln drying includes humidifying. It is intended to drive out the volotiles like turpine and vaporizes oils out hardening the lignin in the wood. This simulates aging both in properties and color. A humidifier in the case is still good practice to prevent the wood from drying out

One thing which has come to mind since you changed amps is that I wonder how the guitars would demonstrate through a different pre/post gain and tubes.

Korean-made guitars are the best after American-made.

Schecter has really diversified in the last few years from a more metal oriented guitar company , still love my 7 string with EMG's lol

You won't regret it. I was able to snag one for $799, worth every penny.
The only thing I had to do was adjust the saddle height there was some minor fret buzz on the high e string, and a small tweak to the truss rod.
It plays like butter now and sounds amazing

These new PT's are a beauty but the Charvel ProMod style 2's with the Fishman open cores are just so much value for the money
