- Hey everyone! In this video, I've explained how to increase height naturally. In my last video, someone commented, "Bro, height kaise badhi aapki ?mujhe bhi badhani hai ". So, I thought, why not make a video on this topic?
I've shared my experiences and activities from my teenage days that helped me a lot in gaining height. I always wanted to be a tall guy during my school days when I was short. I worked on myself by doing activities like hanging everywhere, skipping, and swimming regularly. These efforts paid off, and now I'm 6ft tall.

I started daily exercise like streching hanging, pull ups, push ups from 2019,
