That and massive amounts of steroids, you probably need half of this food to have a decent physique
And eating clean as he does the fat content is very low and the carbs are not processed. I always add veggies with mines to make sure the proper nutrients and vitamins are feeding and healing the body.

I disagree with weighing potatoes cooked. There’s so many variables with preparation/cooking, it’s more accurate to weigh potatoes raw.
I agree with this one. Water and so on totally change the nutritional value.
I disagree, when you cook you cook out the water and other items in the potatoes. you want them cooked to get the right amount of complex carb

@@michaeldaugherty2293 as a bodybuilder you want to utilize the most complex carb you can to refuel you muscle and restore glycogen that you lose when you work out. Therefore weighing after cooked gives you the most carbohydrate you need to do that. You want to maximize as much carb you can get according to the cooked oz weight you are allowed to have in a meal. Again you want to remove what you don’t need by cooking the potatoes to maximize what you do need. Trust me as a body builder you make up the water you lose in the gallon of water a day you drink. I’d check the sources of this website you speak of.
