The majority of it wasn't bad, but what stood out to me was Sadik blending rice, salmon together, and then eating it like that🤢🤮.. not to mention the diesel eating all that ice cream with cookie dough 😳 and last but not least 160 eggs in the fridge!! Still to this day, I've never seen that many eggs 🥚 ever sold in any one place! M.S. That's a big 👍for me to continue to do rewinds like that!

I dont know if youve done it before, but you seem like you can do a really respectful/interesting version of "weird" meals (which this kinda is on some of them) like lowest cal or most meals per day, or most veggies, or highest protein per meal.... etc. Seems like you guys found a fun new angle which this massive library of vids!

Awesome video. 40 m 5/9 135 I’ve been on my weightlifting journey for 7 months eating 5k calories a day. I literally eat the same 4-5 meals every day and I love it.
Man I remember my powerlifting days it was fun but the eating it took to maintain size can be taxing! In my 20s i was 240 and into my thirties i was around 220 now in my 40s I'm 150, literally half the man i used to be 😂 I still train but just to stay lean and strong! 💪
I hear you . I used to hang out at 205 when I was in my off season , now I’m 175 but feel a lot better . We don’t realize how much effort it takes to hold a weight we don’t naturally want to be at

Yeah people think they can eat alot and when you go out with them to eat they don't even eat alot lol, people thought the same of me until they went to a buffet with me. Legit came out with a food baby but i have a problem with binge eating, was 250lbs before and lost 120lbs in 1 year so was 130lbs, then after 8 months of binging i weighed 240lbs again so gained 110lbs in 8 months lol im down to 199lbs after 3 months ill be back at 140'sh lbs in ugh... give me 6-7 months ill come back to this comment with my success

I go through a flat of eggs a week but it’s me and my three daughters. We are training for Jiu Jitsu and I’m trying to cut 8 more pounds down to 188 so I can be at the top of the lower weight class. I fast all day until dinner or till after training and eat three whole eggs with some sriracha-Tabasco.
Amazing physique but I do feel he’s a back is a bit narrow . With the way they judged open this year it will need to be adjusted but no doubt he will be hanging with the top guys soon
I know this is a pretty old video so you might not see this comment, but it would be such a cool idea if you went abroad and documented the bodybuilder lifestyle in different countries.
Imagine eating 6 meals a day and not shitting for 3 days, that's what many NPC competitors deal with . Digestion is a huge part of the equation that thankfully is getting adresed and discussed more these days.

That would be interesting to know how they deal with health issues like constipation, because yes they're eating so much protein and carbs. I've always wondered if the greats of bodybuilding like Ronnie Coleman, Arnold Schwarzenegger have ever been constipated.

I’m almost always offered a meal but I normally bring 2-3 with me no matter what . If I don’t eat what I bring I just take it back with me and save it for the next day .
Blending Salmon and rice🤢all I can say is PLEASE, PLEASE...wash out that blender tub....you don't want to be on the recieving end of forgetting to wash out the blender tub...and letting that smell linger.
