For those of you that don't know, there is only so much you can do to prevent stretch marks. Once you get them it's a permanent scar but they fade away over time. Wear them with pride!
What I don’t understand is just eating egg whites, like the yellow part makes it way better. It’s wasting the whole egg pretty much just getting whites !
if i eat steak before bed, it keeps me up for hours. best is a shake or eat meat 4 hr before bed. dude drinks alot of those mixes, i bet they have artificial stuff. im doing everything raw or organic or natural. pure pea protein which taste like ass and L-arginine for prework (beet root powder and cacao powder 2hr before workout as well)
What do bodybuilders have against seasonings besides the obvious salt content.... there's plenty of ways to season food without addtl salt. There are some brands that doesnt have salt. Like damn wtf did black pepper do to body builders 😂

Instead of buying a new nonstick pan every prep just don’t use metal utensils on your nonstick and treat it nice
Pro tip, don’t spray aerosols on your non stick that’s why you have to buy new pans haha.
