Xanthan Gum and Guar Gum do the trick - add 1 gram of each and blend it up, then deepfreeze. I literally can eat 2-3 Creami's a day with 100kcal each, even on a cut. And they taste amazing. Use some Erythritol to sweeten those up and you are golden. Its literally a cheatcode.

But it's nice to see people with physiques that are achievable naturally as opposed to the physiques of people who require 15+ years of drug abuse to achieve.
Just from the introduction and even though I am not into bodybuilding I follow a similar approach. Apart from eggs, oatmeal, vegetables and fruit, the rest I prepare in advance-proteins and carbohydrates that is. I got so bored of lettuce and since it's summer season, I am into either zucchini or cucumber (the first, I never thought I'd like it raw; it adds a nice crunch to broiled chicken and boiled potatoes ha-ha). I am not an expert but when the food is low and you've got to push through the training, try implementing more EAAs, glutamine and electrolytes to your supplements' arsenal. Caffeine is also a good friend, use it wisely (not like me who at times had up to 1-1,5g of caffeine).
I’m in my biggest cut right now as well at 1750 cals and my meals are so similar I’m doing so good yay I do about 5 meals per day too! Except I eat some more carbs and lower fat bc I’m not in prep or anything just got some different goals
He said he went from 190 to 165 in 3 months wtf lol dude has been losing 2 pounds a week the entire time. Don’t know how he sustains that for that long, that’s like a 4-6wk mini cut rate of weight loss
It’s far from easy. We filmed this 7/1 so he was 20 days out. I’d say his weight will be pretty close to the same on stage , he’s got a tiny bit left to lose but not much .
Casey is the definition of consistency an discipline not taking any of that away from him however his body insertions specially the abs and chest are not good great legs tho
Now i respect both natural and enhanced bodybuilders the same. It makes no difference to me. But i got to say, for all the discipline and starvation etc, as a natural, you get a body that, in clothes, makes you look like you don't even lift. To resist going the enhanced route takes some character.

I think it really depends on the metabolic rate of the athlete . They’ve been steadily dropping over the 3 month prep and this is the final push .
When you are almost show day, you need to drop carbs more, and carb up days before the show
