I would suggest anybody, not just aspiring bodybuilders to watch from 9:00 . I made that mistake for years and now I feel infinitely better and more loose when training. Better energy, less joint pain.

Currently eating ground turkey and sweet potatoes while watching this, and YES. Ground turkey goes way better with the sweet taters.

Megafit Meals are indeed the best. I have no affiliation with any company. Icon Meals doesn’t cut it. They are bland as hell. I’ve tried every other food delivery company and always come back to Megafit. I have CBum meals in the freezer right now. I have 8 of their turkey spaghettis in their too. Get the turkey spaghetti as well as the CBum meals.

You’re probably way past the hating the diet stage but i was curious how long it took you to get every detail within your diet on point and get to a point where you enjoyed it
It's not so much that you enjoy the diet. You build discipline over time and start adapting. You just pretty much get used to it. You finds foods you can 'tolerate' eating everyday by experimenting. However, trying to have a relationship with tasty food and being disciplined on a strict diet has just never worked for me, I just eat alot of the same whole foods everyday. Only thing that changes is macros depending whether it's a maintenence/cut/clean bulk.
once you start eating a healthy diet you realize it makes you feel better and it tastes good. i prefer a boring grilled chicken and rice than mcdonald’s which just makes me feel like shit and doesn’t even taste good to me anymore
