We want to see a a day in life of Hadi. You guys should make a video of that while hes here. It would be nice and funny and fans would love it. Let this comment get as many likes as it can guys so hopefully they see it.
Been waiting a while for this episode. Hadi Choopan is the bodybuilder's bodybuilder. Quite possibly the most consistent bodybuilder of all time. He's a good man , family oriented, has a champion like mentality and has the work ethic to back it all up. All this and carrying the hopes of a nation on his shoulders, takes character. I hope his voice reaches to fans all over the world.

Absolutely LOVE Hadi. He’s a humble guy with humble beginnings and made history by winning the Olympia. Unfortunately, he comes from a beautiful country with questionable political leaders and suffers because of it. The Iranian people, however, are incredible. Their hospitality and respect toward other nations and cultures are unmatched. Hadi is a shining example, and Hany Rambod is truly an angel for helping him on his journey. Iran, as a country, is full of rich culture and history, and its people are known for their warmth, generosity, and hospitality. Many who have visited Iran speak of the overwhelming kindness and respect they received from everyday Iranians, regardless of where they come from. This spirit of hospitality has been a cornerstone of Persian culture for centuries. It's also a country with a deep appreciation for art, literature, and intellectual pursuits, dating back to the Persian Empire’s ancient legacy. Unfortunately, the Iranian people often find themselves caught in the crossfire of their country’s political situation. Iran’s government, ruled by a theocratic regime since the 1979 Islamic Revolution, has been marked by authoritarian rule, strict religious laws, and strained relationships with the West. Economic sanctions, political isolation, and internal restrictions on personal freedoms have affected the daily lives of Iranians, leaving many feeling disconnected from the global community. Despite these challenges, the Iranian people continue to show resilience, warmth, and a strong sense of national pride. Their ability to thrive and succeed, even under difficult circumstances, is something truly remarkable - and Hadi Choopan embodies this spirit. It’s inspiring to see how, despite the obstacles he has faced, Hadi rose to the pinnacle of bodybuilding, representing not just himself, but the strength and perseverance of his people.
Im an iranian and i do swear this guy is right .. we love ppl of other nations.. we come from a rich history and hospitality is in our DNA. You wont regret coming to Iran and enjoy the warmth and greetings❤
As an iranian guy i appreciate about your beautiful comment ... But it is better to mention Economic and political sanctions that made life as hard as possible ... 1979 revolution started by people of that time And obviously they had a logical reason for what they did...however I'm not gonna defense what they did because nowadays our government and its political managers are really far away from values and reasons of 1979 revolation. Mr.Choopan is an absolute star for us and all of us love this man. few days ago,i saw a reel on Instagram that Hadi was complaining about lack of high level gym equipments and he has to buy them himself and etc... some problems are not even made by ourself or government . I hope you realize what i wanted to say❤
Whaaaa😮😮😮 Big fan of Hadi this is awesome never thought I’d EVER see him on a podcast like this and get a glimpse of his character and aspirations. Big praise to the Persian Wolf 🐺 👏 !
Hadi is a brilliant role model. It's so sad that Hadi is finding his deafness such a disadvantage, As I'm sure it is given how hard Hani has to work with translation. I don't care who wins in the open, but Hadi Choopan is a great role model.

If possible, another full fledged episode post Olympia would be great . People need to know about his backstory, the trials and tribulations in Iran and how he became who he is today.
I have great admiration and respect for Hadi Chopan, I love the way he trains and his champion mentality, he is a reference for me, what a shame it is not translated into Spanish

Hani, thank you for putting this together. Doing subtitles is no easy feat, and i feel like this is the first time i’ve actually heard what Hadi had to say. I hope to see more of these in the future to really get to know Hadi!

This podcast made me and even bigger Hadi and Hany fan.
Beautiful insight into the mind of Hadi, that was easily 1 of my favourite episodes of the podcast. Shame it was so short in all honesty, I think I could listen to this great man for hours. Hadi and the rest of the competitors are going on bring the fire this year, it’s building up nicely.

Wow, that was really good. What a great man Hadi is. Very intelligent and with great values. I loved what he said about his son and the respect he showed for the legends of the past. Also it was shocking to know about his hearing impairment.
Hany, as an Iranian, I am so proud of you, and I appreciate your help in enabling Hadi to succeed as a representative of the Iranian people on the world stage. We love you ❤️

You know that everyone here is madly in love with you and Hadi, please do this favor for all of us Iranians and bodybuilding lovers.
