Look into intermittent fasting. Its basically you wakeup dont eat all day until a certain "window", this window is 18hours(sleep included), so say you sleep for 6hours and your last meal was 4 hours before you went to sleep, you dont eat anything for the next 8 hours except maybe coffee is fine i think as long as its not loaded with sugar. The reasoning behind this method, your body burns everything and then gets to the real fat reserves. By snacking and eatting every 3 hours, your body never gets to those reserves, youre just burning the food your intaking for energy and not just building muscle. So for that 6hour window, you stuff your face and then dont touch food for the next 18hours, you burn fat this way, i feel it works for me

What might be the optimal weight to design for the body? I think it should be something where you do not need to carry too much weight, and get mildly exhausted just when doing basic grocery shopping / chores. I think, at some point, one should put maybe even VO2-training before weight training. Also, some people train to be too big, and so it does not even look good anymore. I think one should design the identity also: how much put weight on how to look outside to other people, and how does it feel good not having too much weight in the body, to carry for the heart. Personally I think light is better, because you can enjoy life in general more, and think with lower heart rate. How others feel about this?
