Due to the high traffic of wildlife on this road, entry will be prohibited at the forest department check post for a few days. You can go to Ooty or Coonoor via Karamadai, Mulli, geddai, Manjoor.As we were traveling on this road in the middle of the night due to an emergency, a single wild elephant stopped across the road and panicked us. Tourists are requested not to travel on this road after 6 pm.
