I have used this product and it is good. It works! Now, the last time I applied the coat, it turned white, almost like it was crystallized. Very strange. They don't answer emails so I had to call. The pink nail polish they told me to apply so I can get the coat off, did not work also. Any suggestions?

I doubt you applied Solution Finish correctly with all the good reviews on it? Would be great to see a long term side by side videio.
