Hey man you're the one inspired me enough to round all of my change to get a civic, I love it for a long time but never get pump enough because my budget is super tight. I've been hold off for 6 months then I see one post online for 700$ civic (it's gold right now in California), 2nd owner lowest trim and in a really beat up condition, your interior is like 10 times better than mine but I fix it up for a month straight. Now she is beautiful, the best feeling is you're driving the car that you put on a ton off love in. Thank you for bring me in the civic world. Great to meet up with you in real life.
Just came across this and damn you gave me way more inspiration for my 2000 Honda Civic ex. Bought it for $600 and needed a timing belt. Fixed it and now it’s time to make the interior look nicer
Fantastic job man, seriously. I have a Type F interior in my Civic and even though I wished I had the darker interior like the red Civic, you made the Type F look really good. Love ur uploads 🤙🏽
Just found you randomly. Great video. I also really appreciate that you listed all the tools that you used; the method of shampooing my car's carpet has always stumped me. Thanks for the videos! Subscribed.
Almost at a 100k! Dont sleep on Anthony man. I always thought he is one of the smaller creators with quality content and deserve more viewers and subs!
When you strip the interior down that far, just go a little further. Remove a couple more plastic pieces and take the carpet out and pressure wash it, let it dry and put it back in. Much better process. Looks good man.
Great detail... I have a 99 Civic myself I've been working on cleaning out. I do have to say though, the part part of the driver side seat where you said the fabric is "frayed", it might just be oil accumulation. I had this on the fabric of the console top and driver's side door fabric area, points where there was bodily contact. Same with the driver's seatbelt... didn't retract from oil buildup. Got the console top fabric and driver's door fabric back to new with LOTS of scrubbing, seatbelt and driver's side backrest are still on my to do list. Keep it up!
Just bought my ‘97 Civic so I started to watch videos relating. Turns out we live in the same County! Crazy coincidence, but besides that, great content my dude! Keep it up.
When you go to the wreckers, make sure you get the seat trim from the passenger side and swap it over. It will be the best way to get the fabric with the least amount of wear.
your to awesome. Im looking at purchasing a 1998 civic ex with 70000 miles on it. its a steal i think and i enjoy the content as its will obviously serve as a reference when it comes down to cleaning it.
Your channel is exactly what I've been looking for. I've become super obessed with my 06 civic coupe. It's nothing special but I still love driving it and this channel is a testament to the idea that not every car you care for has to be "fast"
New subscriber here! "Bob Rossing with the cleaning brush haha! Amazing to see the before and after of that neglected interior! Giving me some tips/ideas for my cars!
Holy crap this came out so clean! Makes me wanna get me a project civic so bad. Too bad where I'm from most old cars are rotting with rust from road salt.
Dammmmm the thing came out looking better then a 2020 bro congrats n keep them videos coming really entertain n really helpful for all the ek lovers always love to watch your videos 🔥🔥🤙✌
Been very interested in Koch Chemie products after watching Matt from Obsessed Garage talk about their snow foam Gsf. That Green Star looked really good.
This was an awesome video. Could you please do a video on how you took all the front seats and backseats apart and back in. 🙏🙏🙏 If not its cool and great video 👌👍
Hey Anthony, thanks for your show how vids. They are great!!!!! I was wondering about the steam cleaning You did on this vid, wouldn't all the electrical switches on the dashboard would be affected by the steam? please let me know. I have a Civic that needs a steam cleaning, but I have not done it for the fear of all the electrical switches to malfunction.
Dude, first video I’ve seen from u, but damn! Nice job. I honestly need to do this to my car, as well as literally change the entire interior. My plan eventually, is to turn it from a dark grey, to like a light/dark purple. I’m planning on going purple or even blue on the inside, and completely blacked out on the outside. Thoughts? It’s going to take a while, but I think it will look beautiful.
Found your channel while adding AC system to a 99 DX hatchback. Thanks for taking the time to make the video. Helped a lot, except I got the clips released with a small putty knife without taking out the instruments. I noticed in the video your car is an automatic. At 45 seconds the car pictured is a manual. Did you do the swap? I am looking to source all the parts to make it a weekend project.
MY GOOSSSHHHH IT IS SO SUPER SATISFYING TO SEE A CLEANING & DETAILING VIDEO THE END FINAL RESULT IS THE BEST WORTH FEELING WHEN IT'S ALL OVER AND YOU TAKE THAT STEP BACK AND LOOK AT THE ENTIRE CAR AND SAY I DID THAT I CLEAN THAT I FIX THAT ON MY OWN CAR IT'S A BOND A TRUE OWNER AND CAR HAVE THAT CAN'T BE REPLACE I TOO WANNA DO A FULL DETAIL EVEN THOUGH IT'S NOT THAT DIRTY IF SO IT WOULD ONLY BE THE DRIVER SIDE DO TO 7O% OF THE 1OO% I'VE BEEN THE ONLY ONE BEING IN MY CAR AND THOSE FEE SPILLS ARE CAUSE OF ME HAVING THE O.E.M. FLOOR MATTS HAVE HELP KEEP THE CARPET CLEAN FROM STAINS FUNNY TO THINK THE FIRST FLAT TIRE I HAD WHEN I LOOKED UNDER THE TRUNK TO GET THE SPARE I FOUND ONE OF THOSE "SMALLER CUP HOLDER ADAPTER" EVEN THOUGH THE FRONT INSIDE ALREADY HAD ONE WHEN I BOUGHT SEEMS LIKE IN THE ASSEMBLY LINE OR AT THE [H]ONDA PLANT WAREHOUSE DROPPED ONE IN MY TRUNK SO I'VE ALWAYS HAVE HAD 2 EVEN THOUGH ONLY ONE FITS AT A TIME ON THE RIGHT SIDE HOLDER I STILL KEEP IT AND HOLD ON TO IT AMAZING GREAT / INSPIRATION TO A CIVIC OWNER WANTING TO DETAIL THEIR INTERIOR THANKS ANTHONY ✌🏼OUT
Literally down here in Florida people are selling those shells with no engine or transmission and stripped out interiors for like $1500 it’s stupid over here with rust
Anthony this as a staple series would be fantastic. Just do whatever car. It’s so entertaining
Thanks man! Hoping people can enjoy the process!
Ah, yes. A 90's plastic interior awash in a swathe of grey. Absolutely iconic.

Using the fine brush is so satisfying
That might be the cleanest looking dash I've ever seen holy hell
Fantastic job man, seriously. I have a Type F interior in my Civic and even though I wished I had the darker interior like the red Civic, you made the Type F look really good. Love ur uploads 🤙🏽
The type k interior is my favorite but the f turned out good!

I can always appreciate a clean 90s honda interior. So simple but yet so perfect.
Thanks man! It turned out great

Lol!
I’ve seen a lot of car detail videos on RUclips. Your video just hits different! Good shit man 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Wow! I didn't know ChrisFix had a second channel😂
This video made me miss my Evo 9. I sold about a year ago to pay off bills, and I regret it. I should have just declared bankruptcy LOL
@alldayanthony what would you use instead of a steam cleaner on those fragile door fabrics?
Nice video :)
Thanks for watching man!
I did the same thing to my ek hatch months ago.. Definitely a satisfactory feeling after seeing the before and after
Keep up the grind bro i wanna see more in Honda’s!

Holy crap this came out so clean! Makes me wanna get me a project civic so bad. Too bad where I'm from most old cars are rotting with rust from road salt.
Off to clean my turbo Forester thanks for the simple easy to follow tips and tricks. Have had mixed results for interior 'do it all' products.
I feel you with the heat. Haven’t spent time on mine in the garage because here in Arizona we are at 109F so its not fun🥵
Yeah man, detailing in this weather is a killer
Out of this entire video I’m more impressed with the fact that you still have the handle for your hood release.
Jk 😂 amazing car 👍🏻 looks good.
Hey Anthony to finish the car the back muffler maybe you can buy a vibrant or dynomax ultra flow muffler they both sound very good in stock single cam
Just bought an 88k epb si, and remembered your channel. So I subscribed;)

Great job Anthony
That extractor was a bargain. Does a great job.
For the price I think so too!
Nicely done going to be doing this on my 01 civic this weekend. Wish I had a steamer, but I do have a wet vacuum.
This is therapeutic.
Detailing is my favorite therapy!

I hope the next owner can keep it up👊🏾👍🏾
I hope so too!
The interior looks super clean nice job Ant!!!!!👌🔥
Thanks dude
before you give it away you should install a set of weathertech high wall floor liners in it
I love these detailing videos. I think it would be awesome to see Anthony use a dry ice blaster in a future video
Haha too expensive for my blood. But I wish!
those are like 10k for a cheap one, not to mention dry ice itself is expensive af
Makes me wanna go detail my car now
Wow! That turned out amazing; thanks for the tips!

Stay tuned for the painting stuff!

Thank you!
I NEED to know where you got these exact product and brush for the plastic
How I wish there are civic coupes here in the Philippines.
Lovely car and great job ✌
Thanks man
Will you do the se things on this civic as the red one? Like the shifter, the wheel and some cosmetics on the inside of it (under the hood)
If you wanna get a S2000 steering wheel for that civic aswell. Honda Inside steering wheels are pretty much the same
I most likely won’t for this car
I’m feeling nice today so you have a sub from me and damn that came out very well
thanks man
If all else fails, you might have a job at a golf course or baseball field putting in those lines in the grass like your carpet. Nice work dude.
Needed this It came out real clean great job 🔥
Thanks fam
Just WOW. Job well done. Awesome transformation. Where's the neighbors cat? I was hoping to see him/her lol
