I found out about my severe vitamin D deficiency in March and in two months my levels went upto 33 ng from 7. I am aiming for 55ng.I started with 4K IU of d3 then went on to 10k IU along with magnesium, fish oil,Vit k2. It was life changing! I also had to correct my severe B12 and iron deficiency with shots and infusions respectively.I took a zinc + b complex capsule too. I also made some dietary changes by limiting dairy, gluten and sugar. I am a different person now. I used to have extreme hair fall, fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, poor balance, bone pain, weak teeth, numbness in my toes, lack of concentration , poor memory, depression, anxiety and brain fog. My career, social life, relationships everything was suffering for so many years. I feel like over 75% of my problems are gone. It didn’t take too long, only a few months for this entire transformation. Please do not ignore nutritional deficiencies . I hope this helps people 🙏🏼

My doctor said I’m vitamin D deficient as well.. but I honestly didn’t care to take it.. The past 3 years my hair was so dry and brittle. My crown area especially started getting extremely short, thinning & kept breaking and i didn’t know what was going on with me. I tried so many different hair growth oils and hair products but nothing worked! Then I started noticing how tired I was throughout the day especially around 2pm. I got lots of headaches and felt stressed out also... I finally understand watching your video. I purchased vitamin D from target today so I’m going to take one a day and see if it works but I really having a feeling that the taking them is what I need. I wish my doctor could’ve explained why I should take it and then I guess I would’ve taken it seriously sooner.

Its so easy to miss this as well. I spent years feeling worse and worse, symptoms including major fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, depression, hair loss, muscle and bone pain, lowered immune system, inability to lose weight, vertigo. I thought it was just because I was old/fat/unfit/etc but finally went to the GP after my dentist told me I had loose teeth, oral thrush and low bone density!
Currently taking 50000iu a week and Im finally starting to feel more like 'myself' 4 weeks in. It might take a while to get back to normal but at least I know its a solvable problem! (if you are taking vit D, remember to look into vit k2 and magnesium as well as they help the absorption and distribution).

I didn't have noticeable hair loss/thinning (I have quite a lot of hair) but found out I had Vit D deficiency and started taking supplements (1000IU daily) about 8 months ago... and wow. I have so much new hair growth, particularly around the crown of my head and around my hairline. It's all about 10-15cm long and is driving me crazy - it is short, curly and very flyaway. I didn't even know that Vit D was related to hair loss, so was initially really worried that the new short hairs and might be breakage - all magically breaking at the same length all over my head. Anyway, have now discovered my increased Vit D levels are likely the cause - although nothing is confirmed medically. Anyway, if you are low in Vit D and have thin hair or hair-loss concerns, try taking the supplement (after consultation with a doctor of course). Just be prepared for the many MANY new short hairs to potentially spring from your head!

Hi just some information. I do hari mineral analysis, meaning I have a lab test hair and I read and advise on the report. Vitamin D Is mainly about calcium. when you are low on vitamin D you may be low in calcium in the cells. Calcium is ratiod to magnesium. Calcium is used for muscle contraction and cell signaling. Magnesium is used for muscle relaxing. Also vitmain D is used as an immune system modulator. If at the present time a person has a virus, it will help tokeep it in suspention, or regulate its severity, just some info

The medical industrial complex's failure to properly research and diagnose and treat diet and microbiome and sleep and vital nutritional deficiency issues (including those related to Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 and Magnesium deficiencies as well as iatrogenic prescription medication usage) is a major reason why psychiatric iatrogenesis is a primary contributor to the third leading cause of death in the U.S. (which is iatrogenesis in general). If the U.S. spent just a fraction of the over $40 billion each year it spends just on iatrogenic psychiatric drugs alone, for properly researching the issues discussed in this and related RUclips presentations we would probably, Lord willing, achieve an absolute revolution in medical efficacy improvement and iatrogenesis reduction.

I visited a chiropractor and he asked me what m6 vitamin D. Level was? The VA for years would call after my physical and tell me I was vitamin D. Deficent. I worked outdoor in the summer and getting a lot of sun. I asked my family practitioner to run lads on my vitamin D and they were low. So I'm on 2000 ui a day since February 2020. Hi Layan. I can so much relate to your previous video. Same happened to me maybe a month ago or so, I have never seen my hair fall out in amount like for the past few weeks. My mum forced me to go to my doc and get my blood tests done. Came out on the test that my value of D2/D3 vitamin level is 18 nmol/l and is actually supposed to be between 50-140 nmol/L. The way my doc has explained me, terrified me so much. I have now started taking supplements, super strong, once a week, for 6 weeks and then again need to get blood test done. I recommend everyone to get their blood test done every once a while. This is the first week me taking these supplements and I am trying so very hard to stay positive... its such a horrible feeling!

@@noscrubs7198 hey, yeah i just saw the comment right now and its already been a year since my hair has has stopped falling(i mean it still falls but at a normal rate). What worked for me was changing my diet(added a lot of protein, more vitamin b12, vitamin d, fish oil or any other source of omega 3).Check for a vitamin D deficiency. I know how hard it can be but just be persistent and you'll see improvent though it will definitely take time. Give it 4 to 6 months and yeah, Best of luck.

Its not just taking Vitamin D and being consistent, its getting the Vitamin D count up in your body. I've been taking Vitamin D daily at different levels for almost 2 years and my count has been very stubborn to budge at all. If I'm successful in doing that, I might see results. As of right now, with my count low, I still have thinned out hair.

Can I get vitamin deficiency from taking cortisone? I have started taking them due to pain associated with Alopecia hair loss. I seem to have gotten extremely tired since starting to taking the pills and I have experienced difficulties in healing from small wounds such as paper cuts leaving weird scars and muscle pain.
