You ever think about going to the Mayo Clinic?? It sounds like you need a lot more help than local hospitals and specialists can give you. My uncle died of liver failure. He’s fluid built up in the lungs as well. He battled but in the end it was too much. Good luck.
I have ascities and was misdiagnosed for liver cirrhosis with a poor ultrasound. 2 months later for clarification I had a MRI with contrast. My liver showed no cirrhosis Instead the ascities fluid showed some abormal cells. Now the doctors are quick to say I have another illness. My ascities is active and still not sure what I have. Im happy its not cirrhosis after seeing what symptoms occur. Be careful. I had 5 doctors including liver specialists, who told me I have cirrhosis, but they were wrong. Have the scans done and take charge of your health. I changed my diet, and my new scan was a healthy liver.

Thank you for your update Neil. You do a great job of staying positive amid all your challenges! I don't think it's boring eating the same thing for several days or meals in a row, if you like it and can manage to take it down to the stomach somehow 🙂 I hope this can be improved for you, best wishes.
Please also keep praying and have faith. There's nothing God cannot do. He is the creator of life and obviously creator the liver. He can heal you and give you a brand new liver, just have faith and keep believing. God can heal you I believe 🙏🏾 .
My uncle's currently diagnosed with end stage liver failure, is there any hope left as transplant is also not an option left?
If I only had a reason to live I'd take all the info you share to my Dr's that do procedures collect the money then run and don't do shit for me at all.
I appreciate your knowledge and commend your will to live and no thee isn't a cure by it yes it can be stopped in it's tracks and not get worse.
Liver is the most resilient organ in the body .
But damn it affects us mentally physycaly and ultimately spiritualy.

Thanks, but I’m really not doing great. I have a lot ofother things going on that aren’t related to the liver but make it extremely complicated and more dangerous. One of them I explained in this video
My meld score is 13. Is that good or bad?
There are MELD apps to calculate
Mines 17. It’s not a good or bad number, it’s used to determine your survival chances over a 90 day period. It can change quickly. It’s also used in determining transports. 13 isn’t completely horrible. But still not good
It's also one of the factors that is taken into account when assessing eligibility to be put on a liver transplant waiting list. I believe that every transplant centre has its own criteria for assessing whether you are eligible or not but I understand that it's universal that you won't be eligible if your MELD score is less than 15.

In hospital now . Sepsis from low white cells . Been here a week .might be why ya had fluid in lung? Our immune systems are bad.❤

Not if you have decompensated liver disease, taking supplements like that can make it worse! SMDH...🤦♂️
The only supplement that is dangerous is vitamin A and if you have jaundice vitamin C. Th e rest Using multivitamins and vitamin supplements, overall, is a good idea
I think once you get to the level of cirrhosis, thistle and fasting cause more problems. Those are things to help heal a fatty liver, but not cirrhosis.
@newsflash7718 your right! Especially if the person has HE, which is Hepatic Encephalopathy. The funny thing is if the doctors really thought it worked, wouldn't we think that would be a go-to when it comes to this disease, just a thought. The fact is their isn't much research on this disease and what there is. It doesn't exactly say much either.
