As long as you control the tv with a IR sensor this will work with it.
I bought this but i cant get it to connect to my nvidia shield
This remote only works with devices that have an ir receiver. It doesn't have wireless/bluetooth.

I dont have the original remote
It's does have a Code Mode where you can put in a device code to setup the whole remote for that device.
