Thank you i just brought this remote two days ago and because of you i learn how to use it i was about to throw it out in the garbage Now i got the remote to work with all the buttons they should have this on the menu instructions when you buy it your video is the best It help me right away

It does come with a code book and you can setup the remote with the code of your device.

If I had the original remote I wouldn't be in this situation brother.
I did recently find out that you can use also an old universal remote that is set up to that device. if you still have one you were using before. If you don't they do have an option to set up the whole remote to that device using the standard code method.
How do u pair it with firestick?
the fire stick runs on bluetooth not IR which is what this remote needs. So you cant use that remote with this stick

The fire stick works with your TV's power button and volume controls which uses IR only on those buttons.
IF your fire stick comes with volume controls. Some models comes with remotes that don't have volume controls.
Going through the apps, videos etc. Are all controled through bluetooth.
When I try to get it to remember it flashed red once, what am I doing wrong?
What is the other remote you are using?
Mine blinks red 4 times
Mine did the same, but something was loose on the inside, it was a tiny transistor that had become loose, after sodering it again the learning function started working. It might be easier to just get a new one though.
