    I just bought this remote and in the app to setup it keeps saying remote needs updated and it won’t update properly

      Yes this remote was very finicky for me... Seems like I had to do things 2 or 3 times to get it to do what it's supposed to. Maybe try again? Make sure the batteries are fresh...

    Dear Sir. I have 3 devices. One TV (Samsung) and 2 SDB recorders (one Xoro HRT 8772 DVB and one Sencor SDB 5104TD). I have them programmed in the 3 positions below and they work normally without a problem. TV Samsung in position Watch TV Activity, Sencor in position Play Activity, and Xoro in position Set Top Box Activity.
    The problem, however, is that one affects the other. This means when I turn on the TV one of the other 2 turns on or off.
    Please let me know how to make the devices independent and work TV only in position Watch TV, Sencor only in position Play Activity and Xoro only in position Set Top Box Activity without affecting each other.

      I think the "smart streamer" remote wants to turn everything on or off... and it sounds like your out of sync is why some are turning on and some are turning off... If you have your original remotes for the devices I believe this remote should be "teachable". Maybe pick some other buttons that you're not using and teach the power command to them so you can control independently? That's what I would try first.

    Dear Sir. Thank you very much for your quick response. I did what you suggested and it worked a bit better. However, in some commands it still opens or closes some devices, but I leave it for now. But what I want to ask is: At 2 SDB recorders there are 4 buttons (red, green, yellow and blue) which are essential for proper operation in all levels of each device. Can these 4 buttons be programmed??

    • @JLPicard440
      @JLPicard440  Год назад

      Yes, as long as this one for all is "teachable" they should be able to be programmed. Most of the OFA remotes i've seen are teachable, but I can't remember if this one is.

    Are you able to add a second remote for a different tv setup in a different room. I can not figure it out. Thank you

      @JLPicard440  5 месяцев назад

      HI, if you mean a second program to this single remote, then I don't think so.... If you mean a 2nd remote all together then you should be able to. Is this the one that programs through the computer? I don't have the program loaded on my computer anymore, so I won't be able to poke around and see..

    Any recommendations on how to get this to work on my Hisense tv. It’s just not pairing. It asks me to hit mute and I say it didn’t work and then it just keeps trying to test mute. Must’ve hit mute 80 times before I gave up

    • @JLPicard440

      You might try a factory reset and try again. This remote was a little finicky for me too..

    My One For All remote is paired to my TV and my Firestick and everything works (volume/mute/channel/etc) but the power off button doesn’t! So frustrating….. any idea why?

    • @JLPicard440
      @JLPicard440  6 месяцев назад

      Have you tried a factory reset and start over? Sometimes that'll help... If nothing else works do you still have the original remote? Most OFA remotes are teachable you could use the original remote to program the power command for your tv...

    Does this remote have a learning function? Remote to Remote.

      One for all's usually do, but I cant remember if this particular one does. Usually if they do, I'll cover that part in the video...

      I am also interested in this question. From what I've seen, it does not!
      I have a sound bar by Wohome, which isn't in anybody's database of codes. The only way it could control that is with remote to remote learning.

    • @JLPicard440
      @JLPicard440  9 месяцев назад

      HI, looking through the manual I don't see where it talks about the learning function. So I have to go with no it doesn't learn... Which is a shame since most other OFA remotes will do that..

      @@JLPicard440 Thanks for taking the trouble to look in the manual.
      I'm expecting delivery today of this remote's cousin, the URC7935, called the "One for All Streamer," rather than the "One for All Smart Streamer".
      That one is likely to work for me.
      I also managed to find my old Harmony One remote, which will definitely work.

      Oh great... Yes the "regular" streamer remote does learn. So does the Logitech ... Hope you get it going with one of them... 😀@@s13rr4buf3
