I have the old style and it is still working and it has a extender and it uses macros for different setup but it has a Theater button and you can set it up to power on in a sequence of your choice and you can also set it up for a 2nd sequence like cable for your 1st setup and dvd for your 2nd and you can add a macro setup for something like games or anything else you choose. It’s a uhf signal.
great demo and review this remote is not as fancy as my Logitech harmony but works way better no delay and I love the fact that it uses batterys my harmony will not recharge anymore and cannot get a new power pac because they stopped making remotes so maybe I can use it for paperweight
I got everything I need to work. Surround sound blue ray DVD and TV. Everything works. But I can not use my RUclips button and the directional buttons. I tried the teaching method. Is there another way
I got that control, i think the batteries die a little fast, and kinda sucks doesn't have backlight option, But that's just my opinion. Other then that i actually think it's the best universal controller I've ever had.

I have enjoyed your videos for a while. However, I have some constructive criticism. This video seems like a commercial for a company that gave you free product. Example: when testing your hardware's response to the remote, you didn't show the physical distance (how far away were you); was the response just line of sight (was their difficulty when pointing it at your devices, or do you have an ir sensor). There are more examples but I'm not trying to hate on you. I enjoy your channel but as far as reviews go, this could/should have be done better. No "pros" and "cons"? I'm apologize for my bluntness, but I feel like you should hear my honest thoughts. I'm still a big fan.

it's hard to say. I was able to go around a corner and it work fine. or even be facing away from the projector and had no problems

I was really hoping you could demonstrate macro activities. These "universal" remotes have been around for years, and this is nothing new. Harmony remotes were a game changer when it came to automating activities, and this remote comes up short in that department

#oneforme I am waiting on my home media install by a company that suppose to really good until I received there first quote and seen the want me to buy pay 600 dollar remote. I don't thinks so. I have a budget that's not more than 5-10 grand. oneforme may be great option. Thanks

I'll have to test that. It did connect to my phone via bluetooth so maybe??
@@Kpaceguy I looked up the device on their web site; I believe their answer was to turn on CEC and use that to control a BT device like a firestick. CEC generally sux and probably would only work if firestick is connected directly to the TV (vs AVR). That's why I'm hoarding my Logitech Harmony's!!
