i have a sandisk extreme pro64gb only one week and i use it on my racing dji freestyle drone in the air unit......i pulled out the converter from the SmartTV and after many times now the disk seems damaged probably....i tried first all the partition commands on Dos....then i tried more than 10 recovery programs but nothing....in disk management it seems like a 30mb RAW drive unable to format it with ANY WAY.......is it possible the card is dead in only one week cause i pulled the usb out from smartTV???
Hello I hope you are still responding to comments. My case is that my SD card didn't want to format at all I tried every single method available on RUclips. I ended up deleting all the volume I thought it's kind of formatting it (dumb curiosity haha ) the SD card is empty and with 0Gb now. I tried to add a volume the traditional way following Windows steps but it didn't work. When I tried another tutorial about how to fix it using cmd it was going well until I typed shrink desired 8000 they wrote me this message : "service error of the virtual disk. There is no media in the device" help plz is there another way to get back my SD card 🙏🙏😭😭

had this happen too after executing the clean command. If you just go back into the windows file explorer and then click on the SD card it will let you format the card to something usable again! That worked for me, Good Luck!

I have this Samsung 128G mSD card.. cant get it to show over 25G i tried.formating it on the phone and it does show 120G but when i plug it back in to my lap top Win7 won read it unless it is formates. But all it shows on the format options are 25 G fat or Nfat and allocation unit size. I.had set it to defaults...but no change...

Night Assasin here is a possible resolution for this problem: 1. Start Device Manager. (From the Start menu, type "Device Manager." right click and sun as administrator.) 2. Expand the Storage Volumes category. 3. In the Storage Volumes category, right-click on any devices labeled "Unknown device" and select "update..." Alternatively delete the unknowns, and then remove your SD card and reinsert it to try to get windows to install the drivers again. After this, if everything went well, you should be able to perform the procedure.

sorry for the late reply. After you have run the "clean" command there should be no partitions on the disk. You can verify this by typing "list partition" . At this point you can "create partition primary" and it Should succeed.
