The last DL that I coached were all under 6 feet. AND EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM WERE DAWGSSSS! The size of my dawgs do not matter, I still teach them how to fight!

Hey Big Dawg, here’s is my problem. My stance is correct, I’m exploding off but I stand straight up off my stance.. any tips?
Abraham Lincoln _ What’s up Big Dawg Abraham! Lol. One of my favorite presidents. If you are standing straight up it’s because you are pushing straight down. You are taking to big of a step. If you are speaking about being to high vs the run, than your probably taking a big step. Your first step should be to your hand not past your hand. Which is why your hand shouldn’t be to far from your back foot. Step to your hand BIG DAWG. Put them down and gain ground. Don’t reach with your steps. Put your feet down. Let me know how that works for you.
