Don't wanna assume, but I think most people with disabilities, be it mental or physical, don't want pity or sorrow from people, but just understanding that they are different, but have as much rights as normal people. At least, that's how I feel :)
Aidid Rashed Efat, Tourette’s is NOT psychiatric disorder or disease. I have Tourette’s and we are NOT crazy, we just physically CANNOT control what comes out of our mouths. Yes it is hard yes I have depression because of it but I try to live as much of a normal life as I can
This video is about neurological conditions, not psychiatry. Psychiatrists also aren’t there to patiently listen to all of your life problems, that’s a psychologist or therapist. A neurologist would be the one treating the neurological condition, and depending on how severe or how well understood the disease and treatments for the disease are, a psychiatrist may be suggested for medication to manage symptoms of the neurological condition. They’re doctors, though, not therapists, and are there to diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions, not give you life advice generally.
I don’t like to tell people I have Tourette’s syndrome, because I feel like it’s more accurate to say I have a TIC, and can’t control rolling my eyes. Plus, people kind of make fun of people with Tourette’s like “oh, so you curse people out all the time?” It’s not just yelling curse words, it’s an uncontrollable action.
Oh god its the worst. My dad used to yell at me for rolling .my eyes when he was talking. He didnt understand or believe that it was something i couldnt control
“His mother thought it was a good idea to bring him to South Africa, where he thought the sprit of his Mom was showing him Hell”. Is South Africa really that bad?
Interestingly when I dream 😴 and am aware of it (which happens all the time nowadays) I never seem to know where I’m currently sleeping though I’ve been sleeping in the same place for a long time now.
I don’t like criticizing people but that depiction of mental hospitals at 3:00 is so stereotypical. Actually, if you walk into a mental hospital, you’ll be surprised at how normal many of the people are. They’re PEOPLE. Nothing like what you see on TV. The stigma of mentally ill people hurts them AS MUCH as their own mental disorder. Also they got the name on #1 wrong. It’s called anterograde amnesia. Retrograde is the opposite. Otherwise, good video and thank you.
Good catch! He got the interchangeability of Capgras and Impostor Syndrome wrong too (Capgras Syndrome = Imposter Delusion; Imposter Syndrome is something else completely).
people seem to have a stigma with mental illness in general. They seem to think that if your not completly crazy like how we think of people in mental hospitals then you actually don't have a mental illness and your making it up or overexagerating your problems.
@@andrews9695 Well siad... It's actually the top 1-4 (depending on county and sometimes even region) reason that men don't seem help. Not quite as high in women but still up there.
Just because that's how human life is now, doesn't mean that's the only way it can be. We've collectively created the world as it is, that means we have the power to change it into something better. No rose colored glasses, just the truth. We don't live in caves & hunt mammoth anymore, we don't live in huts & plow our fields by hand, we've overthrown dictators, reclaimed "ruined" land, we've gone to the moon & will go to mars soon. Change your mind & your life will change, change your life & the world will change. Any change, any meaning starts inside individuals, not governments or groups of any kind. We can't fix anything quickly - real change takes time - but we can make things better, step by step, moment by moment.
green bird retweet. i hate seeing comments like that, it’s not funny at all. these people have problems they cannot control. life can be controlled and those people who are able to control their life are blessed.
@@leeannbrookes6912 : I never intended to be funny, so... yeah, I'm glad it's not funny. I have a fatal genetic sleep disorder; every day I live w/ that & other problems I can't control. Ryan Hoover said he feels stuck in an eternal meaningless moment - I know how that feels & was trying to help. Individually & collectively, we need to learn what our limits are, AND we need to know there's a lot we can change for the better. We're never quite as helpless as we sometimes feel.

I have Tourette's Syndrome and yes I have the severity that everyone is used to seeing on the news but most TS sufferers don't curse (only about 10% of people with Tourette's curse) and can pretty much control most aspects of their life without the tics impeding on them. If you happen to see someone with this condition or any condition for that matter please don't laugh, point, take videos/pictures, make rude comments, etc. it hurts and is rude. I have had adults come up to me and say that the devil is in me and have to get an exorcism. PLEASE do not make fun of people. Have a nice day! Edit: I also have this pretty crazy tic where I go completely paralyzed form the neck down. Also, read what I wrote especially the exorcism bit and realize that I am only 13...
With Tourette’s syndrome a lot of people think that motor tics can’t be that bad, but in truth it can be quite bad. Especially having a tic were you hit yourself, from experience it hurts quite a bit and can leave bruises.
I had one which i’m really glad didn’t last that that long but I’d basically kinda strangle myself it usually didn’t last for that long like 5-10 seconds which i’m rly thankful for
I’m hi man I have had turrets for about 3 years now and I other than suffering from one of the severe cases that f coprolalia in Australia I have a tick where I bang my head on walls nd have been coccus red twice I feel you bro the struggle is real
There is a hole in a metal locker in my school bc someone kept kicking and punching it. Can you guess who now has sprained fingers and wrist, the one who was punching it, and the one who has extremely Tourette's? I also have a motor tic where I go paralyzed from the neck down so I get the "motor tics can't be that bad" speech.
I have something called “Dyesthesia”. It is very rare. I have a medium rank of it. Whenever I lay down, I get sensations of bugs under my skin, along with fire, and water.
I can relate to the bug thing, even when I check the mattress and around for anything and make sure it’s always clean I just feel like there are always bugs everywhere?? But I’m not sure if I have what you’re talking about tho
I have Tourette's Syndrome. It is literally a pain in the neck. (I have a tic where I violently swing my head.) I've actually twisted a disc in my neck before. It's concerning. •_•
@@dr.strange8504 It isn't offensive to ask. If I'm not taking medicine, I have the tic every few seconds. When I take medicine, I only have in on occasion in the afternoon. The only problem with medication is the side effects. I've had this specific tic for about two years now.
I’ve had capgras, its so scary. They diagnosed it as anxiety and i was around middle school aged and couldn’t express it, so I’ve never been formally diagnosed. But I know I had it. I wouldn’t even eat because I though my family were imposters trying to hurt me. I can’t explain it, nobody understood. It’s weird to think there’s other people like me.
I read the book and he did it but not really. By that I mean that the guy basicly could only focus on one thing. So for example he couldn't reconise the face's of people because he could only see one eye, then the other then the nose etc. The interesting part was that if a person had a marking feature (like a unique scar) he could reconize them. Also he was a musique teacher and could still teach and go through life semi normally the only problem was that if something distracted him (like the door knocking) he would forget where he is and do nothing. Overall 10/10 book and every one should read it.
One of the worst things with having Tourettes is no one knows anything about it. Even my doctor and psychologists have been sceptical about whether I even have it. But they know nothing about it, and think all of us go around swearing and kicking all the time. We are struggling so hard to keep the tics in, and then health professionals question us because they don't see/notice any ticks while in a conversation with us!:'(
Pizza I really love that your talking about it and explaining about it in a way people can understand I have a form of Tourette’s it’s only the movement part and it’s not spelled tick it’s spelled tic, tick is the bug tic is the mental disorder
Ive had a lot of people and doctors, even, tell me that i can get rid of my tics by just not thinking about them. And they dont understand that i can hold my tics in but it makes me very uncomfortable and makes me more likely to have a tic attack when im in a safe place. Also they dont believe in tics that are not visable to others (like tongue tics)
Only 10% of people with tourrettes have the cursing tics. Also, some people with tourettes go totally paralyzed. It's pretty crazy. When I was younger, my dog used to go behind the tree to pee and he'd be well hidden. When he came back out, I believed that it was another dog and he wouldn't come back until the next time he went behind the tree and come back.
@@565656gooner Congratulations, you do not have that disorder. But also, you have a lack of understanding of how the brain works. It's literally the impostor syndrome from the video, more common in children and women.
With Tourette syndrome I would like to clear up the misconception that every one of them get swearing tics this fact is very much incorrect it is a very rare aspect of it that only 10% of the world have it
I used to think my grandmother was a fake, and was constantly being replaced by another imposter, I would think the smallest change meant she was a completly different person, I was isolated only being with her so I hardly mentioned it, I only occasionally lowkey mentioned something here and there.
What I don't really grasp is that if you logicaly can reason that that can not POSSIBLY be the case. Why do you still think it? Your logic should overcome your feelings.
MaDrung I don’t think logic matters when it comes to mental shit like that, I could imagine that if he believed in the supernatural or aliens it would make it increasingly difficult to dismiss the feelings.
When I was roughly 8 to 11 years old I thought my mother turned into a witch whenever she left the living room and went into the kitchen. It seemed quite normal ! Then, when I was about 11 I felt afraid of her doing this and felt very alone. Obviously I got to my mid teens and it went away completely but for a few years I had a mother/witch scenario going on that did affect my young life quite a bit. God knows what that was all about.
the same thing happened to my buddy but since we lived in Mali he was eaten by a lyon. you guys are lucky to have such stable lives you can do this with no consequence
I have pure-O OCD with violent thoughts. And it’s literally the worst when it hits hardest. Apparently after I recovered (i also ended up in the mental hospital because I ended up hurting myself with a rock) I have apparently changed personality to a more hardened and even very harsh individual. But after I have been through that hell I appreciate life even more and I’m glad living because a very big amount of people who get that diagnosis apparently commits suicide. So yay life. Live it when you have it because you can have bad periods sometimes where you don’t like your current life and end up hurting yourself. Just be happy living because life is the biggest thing you have and you gotta appreciate it.
Runrocks 26 thanks for sharing. I have OCD too. I have kinda a wild case, called scrupulosity. It is where I get really paranoid and worried about god and hell etc. It got so bad I didn’t eat or drink for a few days and also ended up in the hospital. But you are right, when things get bad they eventually get better and now I have a whole new look on life.

@@dragonslayer6912 Yes, mentally ill people should be feared instead of helped even though most if not all of these only affect the people themselves, not you.
My uncle is a leading expert on BIID (I believe he coined the term) so I've heard a bit about it from him. It's always interesting to hear see videos and other people discuss it as people who have read about it. Usually it's people who get really mad and not understanding that it's an actual mental disease, so it was nice/interesting hearing it discussed respectfully and treated as an actual illness.
akhil adulapuram left handed people are under the control of Satan. They are 100% more likely to become a serial killer and or a corrupt dictator that will commit genocide on upwards of 1,000,000 human lives.
BIID isn’t necessarily about amputation-it’s any type of desire or feeling that they should be disabled. Some people with it feel they should be paralyzed or have gastric, lung, neurological, etc. disorders too. And it isn’t that the limb or organ is alien or anything-that’s a totally separate form of dissociative or depersonalization disorder-it’s that they feel dysphoria surrounding being able bodied. They know their body parts belong to them. I don’t have this, though it’s been talked about a lot in my disability groups because of a woman who went viral last year (and was grossly referred to as “trans-abled”.) But I do have recurrent amnesia from my dissociative disorder. I don’t remember much of my life before high school and I’m working in therapy to coax other dissociated identity states in my body to help me piece my past together.
Woah, Lucas, I was gonna leave a random comment but I feel like I should post it here. I'm a trans man, and after watching this video I feel like I might have BIID too? Like, I've wanted to be amputated below the knee myself. Not that I would go so far as to do it myself, but I've thought about scenarios about extreme car accidents where they say 'we can save the leg!' and I beg them not to. But maybe its also logic that I would rather be amputated than have a bum leg to drag around? Or maybe it's an intense desire to be a pirate with a peg leg, who the fuck knows. Best of luck with your therapy, if you have any I-don't-know-you-but-heres-what-I-know tips for me, that would be cool.
kamackmac Definitely! First, I’m trans too. Kinda. My dissociative disorder makes it weird because I’m not exactly the original identity in my body. So I don’t identify as trans since I haven’t always been the core, but I’ve always been male. But I’m transitioning the body so I AM trans. Anyway. So BIID, just like my DID, is unfortunately heavily stigmatized. And demonized. And doubted. But know that your feelings ARE real, and they’re not intentional. There’s a reason you feel like this and it’s not choice. First off remember that gender dysphoria and body integrity disorders are not related. Don’t feel like you have to question or doubt why you’re trans because you don’t. BIID can have a lot of causes. Brain damage is one, but trauma, childhood illness, an ill person close to your life, dissociative disorders, and thought disorders can all be causes too. Have you always felt this way, or did it happen at a certain point in your life? Does anything alleviate your feelings? Both things you should be thinking about. Also think if you can figure out a reason why. There’s NO bad reason-this isn’t in your control. Sometimes it takes a long time in therapy to figure it out but it’s never too early to start exploring it. Do you feel like you don’t get attention or care, or didn’t as a child? Is there something being disabled would do for you? Has someone else influenced your feelings? Sometimes though those reasons don’t apply-it just feels right to be disabled and not because you gain or lose anything from it. I’d encourage you to talk to someone you trust. But be careful of the language you use. When I told my first therapist about my voices, which turned out to be my alters talking and not hallucinations, I didn’t think about that and just blurted out THERES VOICES IN MY HEAD. Not ideal. I would avoid using desire language-don’t say you WANT to be disabled or lose a limb. Say you feel like you should be disabled, and lead into the details with that. Wanting indicates intention to feel that way and you didn’t choose this. Sometimes treatment can involve simulating the disability in private while you work out how to move past it. You may be encouraged to use a wheelchair at home. You should never hurt yourself-if you think you’re going to, and you’re in the US, you can text 741-741 and they’ll talk you through it. You’re also going to spend some time seeing what other issues may be involved here-you may have a mild thought disorder or be dealing with cognitive distortions. There’s a list of disordered thinking types I got from my trauma therapist that I can share with you if you want to see if any sound like something you deal with. My trauma and dissociation have made me really prone to disordered thinking. I can also send you some info on dissociation, since sometimes BIID comes with/from dissociative tendencies. Does any of that help?
Hugo Thank you! We’re piecing it together bit by bit and making a book of what we learn so I can remind myself independently every day. It’s really hard going through a day and not remembering any of it. I didn’t remember watching this video or commenting until I saw I had notifications and I still don’t remember typing any of my original comment. I couldn’t pick my parents out of a lineup and I don’t know how long I knew my best friend. Trauma can change the structure of your brain and in early childhood, it can prevent your basic behavior states from unifying. That’s how DID forms. It’s scary thinking I could end up in New Jersey or Florida tomorrow and not know how I got there. It’s scary never knowing if I left something on at home or locked the door or ate that day. But when you work on communication between your alter states, you start to fill in those gaps. It’s a slow process but I think we’ll come out okay. x
I have an unnamed disorder that’s similar to Ménière’s disease. I’m almost constantly in a state of vertigo, the world spins and I get dizzy almost 24 hours a day. It’s been this way since I was 13. I’m now nearly 20 and I’ve gotten to the point where my life is back on track and the dizziness doesn’t affect me so much anymore, it’s just something I don’t notice unless I really think about it.
They have the worst disease of them all; Fortnite’s Disease, an incurable neurological disease characterized by uncontrollable impulses to engage in Fortnite gameplay, idiotic dancing, and loud outbursts of memual stupidity. First documented in 2018, it has sadly infected over 10 million people since then, and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon.
There's this disorder I've heard of called 'Alice in wonderland syndrome', it's basically where someone has periods of time where their perception of reality is extremely disoriented and messed up. For example they could be seeing or hearing things that noone else heard.
I have had this since I was very young and it is the strangest experience I’ve ever and will ever had and it’s so hard to explain especially since it was accompanied by other strange phenomena’s of the brain that only after years found out that these experiences had actual names. And later on in life developed other mental illness’s that all play into each other. All I can say is my mind is like a shroom or acid trip that has past the peak, starting to come down gone on for far too long you have been up all night and it’s reaching dawn and you are wanting it to fully settle down now as it’s getting tiring and a bit too much and there’s still all these little head states and sensations you are feeling and it might slightly pick up for a little bit then go back down towards that nearing end plateau. and it’s been there for so long that those little trippy experiences aren’t a big shock it’s more a normality or slight burden, an interruption. It’s a whacky magical thing thing sometimes but it’s not something a human should be experiencing in there every day life. It can get so overwhelming and tiring and so hard tonormally function that I just wish to evaporate gently into a something of nothing

Alex LeDraggu For me it's like an itch. If I try to scratch it, it feels better temporarily, but as I keep scratching it it gets worse and worse until it bleeds heavily. It's an endless cycle you can't escape from. I never really told anyone besides my teacher when the first time it happened and she didn’t care, because you know, elementary teachers.*
They're pretty rare, so probably not. Most of that stuff actually occurs rarely in childhood and much rarer as an adult, or at least there's usually signs in childhood or as a teenager. Most common mental illnesses you should be able to manage through medication or therapy. If your're not convinced you could always do personal research on them and how/when they occur. It's also best not to fixate on it, it just makes you worried over the smallest things. Keep calm and you'll be fine.
J3mx_ Droid I have Tourette syndrome. For me it happened randomly, it started off with a few motor tics and then got worst after that it turned to motor and vocal. While some people do get some of these disorders (some cases of Tourettes included) from trauma, others can get it from genetics or just by bad chance (witch is my case with Tourette, I've never had head or brain trauma and it's not genetic for me) Most of the time if you get a disorder from genetics or from a random chance it will develop before the age of 16, if you haven't gotten one of these by then you most likely never will unless you have some sort of head trauma
They are pretty rare. The most common here is Tourette’s. I have mild Tourette’s but it’s not hat severe at all. I was born with it, but my OCD is probably what gave me Tourette’s. I think there is a correlation between stress and Tourette’s too.
My dad has delusional disorder with paranoia. He is 71 and I believe the onset was about two ish or more years ago. So, although his half-brother was diagnosed with schizophrenia, due to my dads age this diagnosis doesn’t quite fit. Regardless of the diagnosis, the symptoms are what need to be treated and because he fears the stigma of mental illness he has refused care. This is terribly frustrating for me. I can’t imagine living in fear everyday as he feel that someone is trying to gas him out in his home. With self quarantine now his isolation is at its worst. And I feel that it is most definitely a contributing factor. He does better on days/weeks when he can be social. And although technology has made socializing via Skype or zoom possible, he struggles with technology. I have to help him put minutes on his cellphone, trac phone. It’s so scary, and there is absolutely nothing I can do to help him. Is this a common disorder or fairly rare. From what I understand, it’s pretty rare. mildly interesting fact about capgras syndrome: Apparently, when you see someone or something very close and personal to you (eg your house, a pet, you family, etc), you experience a significant emotional response. people with capgras don't get that response even though they see the person/thing, and their brain thinks it's an impostor. since it's visual, if someone with capgras speaks on the phone with that person or closes their eyes, they won't believe they're an impostor

This was in high school in my junior year in four months apart. It hasn't happened ever again but I tell you it was weird and scary.
When I went to inpatient they diagnosed me with Tourette's. I have had tics but I don't think it's Tourette's. Perhaps a lesser tic disorder. My dad says that he has minor Tourette's too and it seems to have run in the family a bit.

Tourrete's syndrome is a neuropsychiatric disorder.

I think the only constructive thing I can do here is wish you luck! I 😶
I have both of those tics too. The most frustrating thing is when someone tells me to just stand and walk during a paralysis tic that lasts hours.
With Tourette’s syndrome a lot of people think that motor tics can’t be that bad, but in truth it can be quite bad. Especially having a tic were you hit yourself, from experience it hurts quite a bit and can leave bruises.
I had one which i’m really glad didn’t last that that long but I’d basically kinda strangle myself it usually didn’t last for that long like 5-10 seconds which i’m rly thankful for
Especially tic attacks

My uncle is a leading expert on BIID (I believe he coined the term) so I've heard a bit about it from him. It's always interesting to hear see videos and other people discuss it as people who have read about it. Usually it's people who get really mad and not understanding that it's an actual mental disease, so it was nice/interesting hearing it discussed respectfully and treated as an actual illness.

caitlin spry oh shit, it’s a lefty!!!!
I’m a lefty but I’m pretty sure he was joking...
KRAFT PUNK I’m a lefty but good joke and great statistics
I agree.
I don’t remember much of my life before high school and I’m working in therapy to coax other dissociated identity states in my body to help me piece my past together.
good luck in your life bro!
It’s a slow process but I think we’ll come out okay. x
some amputees and disabled people would do anything to be able bodied again...

I have this it usually occurs during migraines for me, I think it is relating to the visual aura.
I usually get this when I have aura migraines. I also get transient aphasia, all sort of craziness happens😂

Eeeey I have Tourette's! It can also cause sensory problems, ocd, ADHD, and depression. There's a lot about Tourette's people don't know even though a lot of people seem to think they're experts.
Also you have to have a vocal and motor tic to be properly diagnosed as Tourette's. And vocal tics are more often than not just noises and not always coprolalia.
Yes! Same! Thank you
I have a mild form of Tourette’s Syndrome and you know when you have a true friend when they stop laughing at your tics
Oh I bet that's the BEST feeling
I have tourettes too and i completely agree
i have minor tourettes! one of my tics is my head twitching to the side when im hyperactive or stressed (which is often, due to my adhd). it gives me headaches. i also get twitchy when i’m really focused, such as watching a movie or play.
My brother has this as well
Wait i do this all the time... welp
Have you been diagnosed by a professional? Lots of people, especially teens and pre-teens, have premonitory urges for no known reason. This is very common and is often confused with Tourette’s
@@jesuskvistus929 as someone with severe ts ince 10 and 13 now i can say that if this person has had atleast 1 vocal and 2 motor tics for 6months or more they should seek a profecional or but they may have who knows but touretts can only developunder the age of 18 and canslowly decress by the time of adult hood

It isn't a disorder, but there are a few words/phrases for it:
Stair-joke is the simplest but least used version. (A reply that's too late because your already leaving to go to the bathroom *upstairs* or something.)
Treppenwitz is a version of it used in Austria.
Finally, l'esprit de l'escalier is the most common one used in English translating to "The Spirit of the stairs".

E.N.D ME same, that’s misophonia. Basically, certain sounds trigger fight or flight responses, which make you feel panicked/angry/annoyed

What about Functional Movement Disorder? This is what I suffer with, poor gait with uncoordinated movement, while stood up and whilst I am sat down my leg constantly kicks, this movement can not be distracted where as people who suffer with torrettes can be. Another symptom of this disorder is "non epileptic seizures/ attacks" which is more or less what it sounds like.

I’ve worked at a dementia facility and I was helping one of my clients brush her teeth. After we finished I asked her to come with me so I can tuck her into bed but she was stuck looking in the mirror. I asked her what was wrong and she said to me “Do you see that woman?” I told her “Yes it’s you”. Assuming she didn’t hear me she greeted the woman and told her she was beautiful and that she is going to bed now. Dementia is one very sad and scary thing to have and witness.

Alex LeDraggu For me it's like an itch. If I try to scratch it, it feels better temporarily, but as I keep scratching it it gets worse and worse until it bleeds heavily. It's an endless cycle you can't escape from. When it was at it's worse for me and it was very severe I remember falling onto the floor, crying, forcing myself to do the rituals even tho I didn't want to. It was like something was controlling me.

I remember when I was running on our elementary school football field in 3rd grade and I just froze, I couldn’t think or anything. My vision was sort of blurred and I saw smudges of blue with my eyesight. It was like in a 3rd person view spinning around from above look down upon me. This happened multiple times during my childhood, but it stopped when I turned 12-13 or so. I never really told anyone besides my teacher when the first time it happened and she didn’t care, because you know, elementary teachers.*
I'm worried that i'm gonna get these disorders.
Can you just get them randomly?
It is extremely unlikely. Unless you have a traumatic brain injury or disease, you should be fine.
J3mx_ Droid
I have Tourette syndrome. For me it happened randomly, it started off with a few motor tics and then got worst after that it turned to motor and vocal. While some people do get some of these disorders (some cases of Tourettes included) from trauma, others can get it from genetics or just by bad chance (witch is my case with Tourette, I've never had head or brain trauma and it's not genetic for me)
Most of the time if you get a disorder from genetics or from a random chance it will develop before the age of 16, if you haven't gotten one of these by then you most likely never will unless you have some sort of head trauma
Stranger Things Ok Thanks bro!

Of course being his daughter I too suffer mental illness mostly GAD and Dysthymia (depression). However I see medical professionals regularly. Thanks for reading.

mildly interesting fact about capgras syndrome: Apparently, when you see someone or something very close and personal to you (eg your house, a pet, you family, etc), you experience a significant emotional response. people with capgras don't get that response even though they see the person/thing, and their brain thinks it's an impostor. since it's visual, if someone with capgras speaks on the phone with that person or closes their eyes, they won't believe they're an impostor
Can you do one on hyper-empathy? It's experiencing the mental and physical sensations of others as one's own.
Thats

I have seen in serials and movie where there is same person who has two completely different identities, he is someone in day and completely other person in night , both don't know each other at all while both personality are in same human being. Does this really ever happened??( In real life)
It's called dissociative identity disorder, or multiple personality disorder. It's very rare, and a lot of people think it's fake. Though this disorder is often used for serial killer flicks cuz it's an interesting concept. I don't think there has ever actually been anyone with DID who has been a serial killer :/

I once was so nervous about a test and kept telling myself "write your name down and wait for instructions, write your name down and wait for instructions" when I got the test I completely forgot what my name was and I was even going to ask a friend nearby what my name was. It's really hard, who knows?
well we did successfully simulate a worm brain which is one step forward
How are you mesuring complexity?
realman notcow well for me complexity is anything which is very difficult to understand and crack it's functioning completely.
