When you remove the CPU cooler make sure you have already run a stress test so the thermal paste is runny and then remove the cooler with a twisting motion and it shouldn't stick to the bottom of the cooler
I wanted to personally thank you, because I just finished my first build completely. I’m very thankfully for RUclipsr like urself. Liked and subscribed.❤️
Hey man you're really underrated I don't actually have this yet, but this explanation was so good and very easy to understand! I'm thinking of getting it
When it comes to the orientation of an all-in-one (AIO) pump, it’s generally recommended to position it with the tubes and radiator mounted above the pump. This setup allows for better air removal from the system, ensuring efficient cooling. However, it’s important to consult the specific manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines for the AIO pump you are using, as they may have their own recommendations or restrictions regarding orientation.
That’s awesome 👏 No problem at all. Those mounting brackets are definitely worth saving. I’ve saved several from many builds. Comes in handy 😅 Thanks for watching 🙏
Didn't even realize plugging it into the rgb header was an option, since the manual didn't mention that! Thanks! Also super helpful because you have the same motherboard, cpu, and aio as me and gave the temps you got in your review video!
Thank you so much! I installed my cooler yesterday and the middle light that goes on top of the cpu wouldn't turn on but you explained everything correctly and it helped a lot more than other vids. Thanks
THANK YOU!! First time PC builder here and I need to replace my CPU and cooler. You explained how to install this specific cooler so well! But now I have to school myself up on my motherboard and additional fans 😅
I had a hard time with my wiring so confusing lol You definitely helped me out with this! Thanks!! Subbed as well.. I see you have a review of this cooler, gonna go check it out now. Underrated channel!
Getting this cooler on Friday and I’m that type of person to watch guide videos over reading Manuels and I have to say you are what I was looking for 👍🏽💯
I think you mounted the brackets wrong at 9:50 during the video you had said make sure they point outwards so it can clamp onto the pump which I saw you changed afterwards. nice informative video by the way good thing you kept the brackets haha I recently recorded a video on this similar build and dealing with the AIO should be going up soon (feel free to check it out) but yeah enjoyed the video nice build 👍🏼
Thank you, great video! I am supposed to be a computer guy myself, but I have never personally installed my own CPU or water cooler... I have computers that had a water cooler installed for me, but still too afraid to do this myself... I think I am closer to doing it for myself when you explain it in these terms.
Hello, I have a question for the rgb, so you said you need 1 rgb header but i saw you had to connect 3 rgb cables, so that means that those 3 become 1 and that one is the one you connect into the header or how?? Thank you, Good video.
Man ! As others people said.. THANK A LOT ! You exactly make the video than I need to install this watercooling. I was so lost with the RGB/pin ventirad/cable x) Your last part is wonderfull ! :D
First time considering an AIO since my CPU wants to grill itself. Terrified to try this and blow up what i managed to put together so far. Your explanation was so good I got the same exact one, installing this alone is scary 😅 I appreciate you.
I wish I could mount my cooler on the top but sadly I have to mount it on the front, and I completely messed up the whole installation process and this was a big help in realizing the problem with the water cooler so thank you lots
Rotten Trails yeah they’re pretty cheap. I usually sell the PCs basically what I paid in parts. Maybe up to $50 over. I do it cause I enjoy it and love making these videos. I put some white and black cables in my latest build. Mini-itx. Probably my favorite build besides my own personal build. The cables do bring out that little extra and honestly does change the look sooo much.
do you need those two brackets that didn't come with the cooler for the am4 socket? I've watched other videos and they didn't mention having to buy separate brackets
Those brackets come pre installed on every am4 motherboard. I mentioned it because many other coolers (including the stock amd coolers) don’t use those brackets which means many people dispose them. So if they are upgrading their cooler they may or may not have those brackets. If the motherboard is brand new then you don’t need to worry about that.
I am really really thank you for making this video because of yours video i can install my AIO on my pc (changed from amd stock cooler) the model of my Aio is nearly identical to yours and this is a 1st time of my life,it a bit hard but now it working correctly and bring my cpu from 88c to 67c❤❤❤
i have a problem with this cooler. every time i open a game , the air coming from the fans sounds a lot louder (like a jet turbine) and then it stops and it makes that sound again from time to time . why does that happen? . i didn't install the cooler , a friend of mine did it . Also , would the GPU have to do with that sound too?
Hey so I put everything in correctly I have 2 rgb headers on my motherboard. Tried both of them but my rgb doesn’t seem to turn on the fans do spin tho?
Do I need go to into bios to adjust the CPU_Fan speed/rpm for the pump? or just set it to auto? I have the same motherboard and was thinking to get the same aio you have. Thanks!
I bought one of these, but the part (4 pin cable) that connects to the power supply, my source is full modular, and the cable is different, I can't connect.
hey im building a pc for the first time ever, would you recommend this? and can you put just one single colour or does it just change and you cant change that?
Really helpful video. Never thought I’d manage installing it myself but this is really clear. Does it make a difference if the hoses attached to the pump are positioned at the bottom, instead of at the side?
I’m glad I could help 😊 they can be at the bottom but I’d recommend at the top if possible. That way any air that gets inside the pump can easily escape. But I’ve had bottom and top and had no issues with either so might be okay.
Hey i have a question. My motherboard has only 4 pin, while my cooler has 3 pin like in the video. Does it work if i wire the 3 pin on the 4 pin block?
do you have guide for MasterLiquid ML360L V2 ARGB? i installed mine , pump worked perfectly controlling the temperature but unluckily my pump rgb is not lighting up, no idea :p
my rgb lights arent working when i turned on my computer. I also donwloaded the rgb fusion software to see if it would work but its still not lighing up? What did i do wrong? I did insert the 4 pin rgb header to my 5 pin 12v rgb slot is that why?

Its worked very well
What do I do if I don’t have the bracket for my motherboard?
You’d need to buy one from Amazon or eBay. Is it for the ryzen CPU? If it is, just look up AM4 cpu brackets
It won’t fry my motherboard and its components when plugging that 3 pin into the CPU header? I’ve been very apprehensive about that part
If it were rgb plug then yes you’d have a very bad day. Fan or pump plugs can be plugged a 3 pin into a 4 pin.
"A couple turns" turns the screw 5-6 times lol
5 to 6 times were in fact a couple of turns. Were you expecting 2 or 3 turns? Come on now. LOL
