CCM Spitfire Ride in Rural Shropshire | Biker’s Picnic Shenanigans

- Following on from our previous vide where we arrive at Clun, this video continues the evenings entertainment with a picnic accompanied by more of the usual banter and a celebration of Joe's moment where he buried his demons on the ascent of Clee Hill. I did the ride on the CCM Spitfire, Joe on his Triumph Trident 660, Big Paul on his Yamaha Tenere 700, Little Paul on his Yamaha Tracer 700 and of course Dave on his Suzuki GSR750.
Belly's full we're back on the bikes and heading home, taking a brief detour across the border into Wales (Knighton) before returning east through the glorious Shropshire countryside on some wonderful meandering roads!

It is a lovely part of the country. As I remember, there's the remnants of a castle a short walk from that picnic bench.

Hello Richard and Carol, thank you. We’re a tad constrained by time on the evening rides out, I would have liked to have had more of a wonder around, but at least I now have another excuse to return 😀 I first saw this particular CCM on the motorbike show a few years back then saw them at Motorcycle Live (probably 2019) 🤔 and I’d always wanted to own one. It won’t be out very often, 2 or 3 times a year probably, I spend a lot of time looking at it, they are a work of art. Thanks for watching a leaving a comment, greatly appreciated 😀😀

Another great night out, love the picnic site, wish it was nearer to me,then maybe lanes explorer and myself would be there, great idea tho the ravioli in the flask, thanks guys catch you soon

@@MerciaMoto I was just re watchin with me bacon sarnie and mug of tea. I realised how good the sound is Dave.. That spitfire throbber wow.. But yow was tail gunner so maybe it was a sound aggregate. Sems like them niggles with the mic set up.. well DOW MESS with nuthin now .. Cus i got the neighbour bangin on the wall and that s as big a thumbs up as gettin the Oscar for best picture sound track :)))🤓🤓🎧🎵📽🎬
What no cake? You can't have a cake stand or a ride out without cake, it's just not done 😂 home made sausage rolls though now we're talking 😊 That CCM of yours sure looks and sounds good, it's a shame it's a bit hard on your fillings 😲
@@michaellilley6725 hiya Mick, we’re trying to avoid obesity and type 2 diabetes. Unfortunately it’s a bit late for some of us on the obesity front 😂 The CCM certainly gives the whole body a ruddy good vibrating, it’s such fun though. If I were a lady I don’t think I’d use any other mode of transport! 😜🤪🤭
