I have been suffering from tight lower back and hip abductors due to WFH in Pandemic and regular exercises and walking wasn't doing much. Today on a whim decided to do Jane Fonda's workout because I have been watching this new show "Physical".Long story short: My hips have not been activated like this in years 🤣🤣.
Started doing Jane Fonda's Dance Workout daily during pandemic. Love her and everyone in the background with different age group bring positive energy in my daily life. THANK YOU ALL!

Way more fun than the treadmill!!
I try to exercise 35 - 40 minutes daily. I will settle for 20 minutes on lazy days. When I have to push myself to exercise, I can always rely on your Funk and Doo Wop videos. They are more fun than work. Thanks for this concept of exercise.

just loving these short bursts of exercise.....takes me back to the eighties when I did Janes workouts on VHS tape!
my husband and myself do this workout two runs on the trot in a morning and once in the evening and we are both 71 and 67 I have a hip replacement and find it a brilliant way to keep fit

Did this with a injury in my hip and didn't mess it up more. very soft on the body and easy to learn. I did it and feel burning lolz, screw the boring gym life.

I've always loved Janes old workouts but the more recent ones aren't enough challenge for me - but I found this and her latin dance workouts to be just plain FUN - I still love Jane!!

if you Google her it says" The 84-year-old announced in September that she had been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. She is such an icon I bought her first VHS tape back in the late 70"s (I remember it cost around $25 back then) and now that I am 71 have rediscovered her and definitely need these to keep loose and limber! I am so glad she made these for older folks (her older stuff made me wonder if she was ever a beginner?) Jane is an icon and inspiration for sure.
