I absolutely love this workout. It has dramatically improved my back pain. I have chronic back pain with arthritis in my lower back and this workout is a game changer! I stumbled onto rebounding because we didn't have room for a treadmill. I enjoyed the workout and it was easy enough to fit into my day. I noticed after a few weeks of doing it 3-4 times a week that I have much better mobility in general and much less pain. I especially love any of the workouts by Fayth Caruso. THANK YOU!!

This is so relaxing! Usually I work myself super hard with strenuous rebounding, but I am recovering from Covid and have shortness of breath. This is the first time I realized that rebounding could actually be relaxing. I feel so relaxed and also energized. Wonderful!
