  • Rebounding Workout for Balance & Rejuvenation from BeFiT Trainer Open House with Fayth Caruso is a fun and effective, 20 minute metabolism-boosting rebounding workout that features a unique series of bouncing/rebounding exercises to burn calories, increase agility and build balance for a total body tone-up that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized!     Thank you. I have Lymphodema from breast cancer surgery. This is the perfect exercise for me. It has made all the difference. Pain and swelling are almost completely gone.

    I just got my Bellicon having known almost nothing about how to use it. I am really quite pleased with Fayth Caruso's instructing finesse. She combines gentleness, knowledge, calm and authenticity quite masterfully. I am so grateful for this and Fayth's other Bellicon Workouts. Lov'n my new Bellicon!

    Hello Fayth (and the BeFIT team). I just want to thank you for creating this rebounder workout series. You are really a great instructor and the video its feel and tempo is excellent. It is soothing to watch you and your voice and smiles are truly encouraging for people that struggles to maintain fitness. I have followed your rebounder series videos and they are truly great! It helps people who have limited mobility find a truly great way to exercise and get their joints and limbs moving. In a big way, you have changed my life for the better and I want to thank you for it so much. I still am not able to complete your videos from start to finish but it is getting better every time. Not only that my body feels more rejuvenated, my mind and spirits are lifted too! Thank you so very much. Since you are showing the way for millions of people to get fitter and feel better, I want to wish that you too always remain strong in life and always be happy and inspired in all situations!     I absolutely love this workout. It has dramatically improved my back pain. I have chronic back pain with arthritis in my lower back and this workout is a game changer! I stumbled onto rebounding because we didn't have room for a treadmill. I enjoyed the workout and it was easy enough to fit into my day. I noticed after a few weeks of doing it 3-4 times a week that I have much better mobility in general and much less pain. I especially love any of the workouts by Fayth Caruso. THANK YOU!!

    LOVE LOVE . I have knee problems and I have to say the warm up works so good with. I do the other video with Fayth as well. Would so recommend it!

    This is so relaxing! Usually I work myself super hard with strenuous rebounding, but I am recovering from Covid and have shortness of breath. This is the first time I realized that rebounding could actually be relaxing. I feel so relaxed and also energized. Wonderful!
