• How to Squat
The Sumo Squat targets the inner thighs more so than the average squat, and can also be more comfortable on your low back as it requires less of a hinging movement.
Queues
For excellent Sumo Squat form, I like to focus on these queues:
Toes Out: point your toes out at a 45 degree angle
Straight Down Drop: drop your butt straight down, keeping your torso upright
Knees Out: as you drop, keep your knees pointed out with your toes
