My battery's Full Charge Capacity is 16,546 out of 41,440 which is 40%. What I'm facing with my battery is it suddenly drops down to 0% when it is at 50%. While on the other side, it is also getting charged at a very fast speed like it takes around 15 mins to get to 60%. By the way, thanks for the video as it helped me reach to the conclusion that I should buy a new battery. :)
Well you have 40% of the new battery state So 100% means 40%… so i guess cell age and usage leads to lots of chimical problems like Not all the cells are working good anymore like it should.. you need a new one

Hi, I purchased new laptop. Dell G 15 5520 i5 12th gen 16Gb.From 1st day onwards I'm getting a battery drop of 1℅ per minute. I checked task manager, cpu at 1℅, Dedicated Graphics 0℅, memory 5.8GB, WiFi 0 KBps, Integrated GPU 0℅. No external devices connected while testing reports. Design capacity of battery is 54,891mWh, Full charge of capacity is 52030mWh ( which reducing every next day). A total of just 100 min of backup I get on STAND BY MODE(which is with only display onn and no other function on it) I I talk with Dell and they finally agreed that this laptop should give 3-4 hrs of backup on stand by mode. And they ready to replace with new battery.I kindly request you to share your opinion on this scenario that is my battery has a problem? And if yes then should I allow dell to replace battery of new laptop or should I opt for complete laptop replacement? Waiting...for your reply my friend.
If it’s the first time using the laptop you might just need to charge it, iv had similar happen when using a laptop again for the first time in a few months, after a charge the battery lasted much longer
Think its the best to get ur battery on low then fully charge it becquse its new just like on phones, im not smart about those things but just try it,this guy doesnt even know english so dont expect him helping u
