My battery's Full Charge Capacity is 16,546 out of 41,440 which is 40%. What I'm facing with my battery is it suddenly drops down to 0% when it is at 50%. While on the other side, it is also getting charged at a very fast speed like it takes around 15 mins to get to 60%. By the way, thanks for the video as it helped me reach to the conclusion that I should buy a new battery. :)
Well you have 40% of the new battery state So 100% means 40%… so i guess cell age and usage leads to lots of chimical problems like Not all the cells are working good anymore like it should.. you need a new one

A total of just 100 min of backup I get on STAND BY MODE(which is with only display onn and no other function on it) I I talk with Dell and they finally agreed that this laptop should give 3-4 hrs of backup on stand by mode. And they ready to replace with new battery.I kindly request you to share your opinion on this scenario that is my battery has a problem? And if yes then should I allow dell to replace battery of new laptop or should I opt for complete laptop replacement? Waiting...for your reply my friend.

It is mostly depend on specs, but battery setting (performance) could affect the result too. And slow in what? if it is opening task speed, try to change your disk to SSD. if your slow is happening when you multi tasking, then i would sugguest to add more ram. Please ask advice from pros in shop, if your pc/laptop couldn't be upgraded then it is meaningless. You might just get a new pc/laptop. And don forget that maybe it caused by your background task, usually people keep installing widgets and unknown things that operating all the time, they took all the resources.
this is my question also, but as i seen this report is not very accurate !!! even the serial number of the battery is not accurate because if you google it you will see another battery displayed on the search
