Honestly I love how she screams and shouts in the pain with us. It makes me smile and I love how she pushes herself which helps me with pushing myself. I also love how she reminds us how to do it because it is a great reminder. :)
If you need motivation: The first week I did this I could not do the plie calf combo without stopping. Now it's my fourth week and I can finally do it. I'm so happy! Just keep going! This is the best workout for leg day!
@@ASMRgirlfriendharem if your want to become stronger(healthier, do more stuff that has to do w physical activity w ease) and there's no health issues that wouldn't allow u to do it - sure. Exercise is good for everyone but it's important to remember that exercising is not a goal but a tool - have fun w it and don't push yourself too hard.
The best thing RUclips has ever randomly recommended to me was Call Me Maybe squat challenge almost 10 years ago! Cassey just has this magic personality that radiates through the screen and keeps you motivated. No other online fitness instructor has affected me like she has. And she's giving it to us for FREE. How lucky are we lol
Sis I start around 13/14 too and I’m also 20! I remember seeing a commercial on her when I was doing other workouts and I did a lot of research just to find her and I finally did and I’ve never gone to anyone else!!!
I love the Glow Up Challenge, we definitely need more of those challenges 😊 For me it is better having just one video to click on than having 5 with 5-15 minutes 😅
I'm really liking these glow up sessions and having a lot of exercises with the kettlebell and dumbells. I bought a kettlebell years ago but I didn't really know what to do with it and I feel like it adds a lot to the routines. My thighs hadn't been sore like that for years now. More of these would be great!

Just finished this workout! This one made me sweat the most out of all the workouts so far! I don't have any dumbbells at home, so I used a light booty band for the clamshell at the end, and my booty was burning so hard by the end!
This is also my favourite challenge / series of yours so far! It’s perfect for getting back into exercise after falling out of a routine. I think it’s also challenging enough for higher fitness levels with the right weights.

I was dreading starting this (but like in a good way) because I’m still dead from the other day but this was SO MUCH FUN, way more so than I anticipated 🎉 I love the “live” element (even though it isn’t live now), it makes you (Cassey) feel even more relatable and like we’re really working out together!

Thanks for a great series, Cassey! I finished the Glow Up Challenge today, and loved it! I love the variety of your workouts--weightless, with weights, booty bands, etc. These were different from your previous workouts, and although I wouldn't prefer to work out with weights all the time, the change was motivating and pushed me to a different level. I work out with a mismatched set of 3-, 5-, and 8-pound weights that I bought in college (I'm 43 now, so they're old). I double them up for heavier weights. But I did invest in the light and medium booty bands from your Target collection, and they were such a worthwhile investment. Booty band workouts are my favorite 🙂
I think it’s not that I miss her wo coz there are so plenty of them to choose from… but I miss her being with us, offering may be not new exercises but new combinations, talking abt different stuff, coming up with some challenges… I mean like being in our lives… I’m happy for her that she found herself in design… but so many ppl really miss her vibes, her energy… I wish she comes back to us from time to time…

I really love the new workouts with added weights. I use some dumbekks and kettlebells at home (I have 2 different sets of each) and it makes it so much harder and adjustable to my level. I just tried move with nicole, but did this right afterwards cause her workout was a bit too easy now for me... Cassey made me strong!!! :D

I love the challenges, please do more like these :) in fact I gained a lot of strength and endurance - also I've lost some weight since the challenge started! I thought I might never see progress because of my thyroid - having hashimotos is not fun. But I am actually having my protein, eating less unhealthy stuff (not even strictly) and I am seeing change! My clothes start to fit again.
