Hi guys! This is the FIRST video of the 2018!!! WOOTWOOT~! Can't wait to share more of #LifeInKorea inspired recipes with you all!!! After those #AsianAtHome recipes uploaded, I will start sharing #LifeInJapan series and it will be SICK!! Seriously, I had too much fun & good food in Japan, Can't wait to share with you all!!! Ohm BTW, Jacob is finally home!! (Not "Home, Home" yet, but I will pick him up at the airport in about 4 hours!!) Thank you so much for watching!!! Love you!!
I'm going to order these pepper seeds so I can grow them in my garden and make this recipe!! I usually grow something new every year in my garden. Peppers grow really well in my area of Alabama.
Ebony Arnold hey! I found some of these peppers in my local Asian market and just threw the seeds in the garden- and boop. They came right up! I live in Arizona and I think that these pepper's actually do better in more humid areas. Try it 😬
check out the habanada if you grow your own peppers. It has the floral sweetness of a habenaro, without heat. Its a much more flavorful bell pepper essentially. I've even made a habanada syrup to go deserts that was amazing. Its good on ice cream, and i've mixed some of that syrup into a creme brulee before double boiling them, omg.
I bought 3.trays of Korean peppers and made this dish, sauce and all. I shared some with my sisters. They and my own household loved it! I also made Korean fried chicken and gamja jorim... absolutely delicious! Thank you Seonkyon!
I was stationed in Korea back in the mid 90's and this was by far my favorite street food! I used to dream about them until I could make it down-range to get some!
I love that you’re back at talking and cooking!!!!!!! Seonkyoung you’re such an amazing cook I wish I had the chance to eat all your food!!!!! Thank you for sharing ❤️❤️❤️❤️ You’re beautiful inside and out
Ahhh I can’t, your videos deserve so much acknowledgment!!! Everything about them is perfect!!!!! And the fact that you have a recipe for everything lol!! I love you 😍
Oh in Philippines we used to wrapped it in egg roll wrapper then fry it also 'my husband's fav.. but I'll try this one too thanks for always sharing😘😘😘😘.
OMG! I was given bags & more bags full of fresh jalapenos peppers, I didn't know what to do with. Found You "Asian at Home" "Korean Stuffed Peppers", it looks so easy (except for taking the seeds out. lol) I decided to try. It turns out so freaking good! Thank you so much! :)
I just made this for lunch. I used jalapenos because i dont live near an Asian market. I also used panko to give it a good crunch. These are SO good. If you havent made these yet, you need to.
Love your videos. Fantastic cooking. New subscriber here in Canada. Shall try your creations! Traveled in South Korea in the 90's and lived off street food and soju. Discovered kimchi, a must have condiment. I introduce my friends to your amazing videos and they smile! It's wonderful to see that over the years people are catching on to the unique flavors and dishes from the big K. Do you have any products in the stores? You remind me of the "Country Princess" Looking forward to your next visit on RUclips. Time to eat, bye.
We also have like that in the Philippines and we call it dynamite. Usually filled with either ground pork or tuna then cheese, then we wrap it using lumpia wraper or molo wraper before frying.
I love your videos! They have me trying things in the kitchen that I would have NEVER dreamt I could do before! My favorites: Spicy pork with ingredients from WalMart! Yes, I make that a lot (family loves it) - and egg drop soup, and Gen Tso (joe) or however you say it! THANK YOU SO MUCH for inspiration and encouragement to cook!!!
I have my Korean peppers drying out. Just slit, seeded and rinsed them out. I am excited to make this! I will be back when I am done! We are having this with fried chicken.
I usually don't want to cook anything that requires this much effort, but I might have to make an exception for this! I've never eaten anything like this, and it looks so delicious.
Mixing foods with ingredients with bare hands can be Asian style but it always makes every recipe much better and touching...keke. Your beginning sounds like ASMR. Nice.
Welcome back! I missed you! I look forward to trying this recipe. Thank you as always. I love watching you eat. I can always tell if something is good if you say “Ummmm” within three seconds in my house. You passed the three second Umm test!
looks yummy!.Malaysian chinese style, we call it "yong tau fu". We stuffed pork mix with fish meat to chili, bitter gourd, beancurd skin, eggplant, mushroom, tofu or lady's finger. Then is either deep fried or pan fried and cook with some oyster sauce. :)

Cheongyang peppers are really good in this recipe if u like it spicy. They are kinda similar to serranos in heat, but a little bigger and better for stuffing.
