  • When you get sugar cravings and you know you can’t or don’t want to give in, here are 5 drinks that can help.
    🔽𝐂𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫
    Add a pinch of Ceylon cinnamon in a glass of warm water
    🔽𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫
    Soak about 10 Paneer Dodi in a glass of water overnight. Squeeze them & drink the water in which they were soaked.
    🔽𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫
    Add 1/4th tsp of methi seeds in a glass of warm water
    🔽𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐮 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤
    Add 1 tablespoon of sattu in a glass of water with a pinch of rock salt and black pepper.
    🔽𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫
    Add 1 tsp chia seeds (soaked overnight) in a glass of warm water.
