I like tea from sunflower leaves. I made 1/2 & 1/2 tea and pineapple ginger drink it was great. I think the sunflower leaf tea relieves the aches from arthritis. I grow my own sunflowers. Yes she does have a very calming soothing voice. And very healthy food.

In Nairobi we are under a partial lockdown but I'll have to go to a supermarket to get some lemon which I've just noticed is finished coz I must make this today today! I'll however use natural honey coz I avoid sugars.
