    What was the bacon substitute? I couldn't tell. Turkey bacon?
    Also, how do you go about meal planning for a given week or month so you don't go stark raving mad from mild variations on the same theme? Especially chicken breast. Or is that another video?

      The bacon substitute is turkey bacon which is quite good (not as good as the real stuff, of course, since bacon is one of the basic food groups). As for going stark raving mad.... I am a competitive physique athlete so the fact of my insanity is well established... I admit to not being all that fond of chicken breast (unless it happens to be deep fried in bacon grease - I am from the deep south, after all). But with turkey and chicken and ham and sushi and other fish and egg whites and beef able to be rotated in at least during the bulking phase, there is enough variation (especially if I change the seasoning also).
