Ekko ,Jinx, Vi ,Zaun and Piltover will all gather togheter for the final battle because in the trailer we see Ekko with Jinxes "X" symbol on him and Vi is helping Ekko, also Vi was fighting Noxians in the act 3 teaser and Ambessa was fighting Piltover enforcers. So i really do think they will all team up. Except I think Jinx will "ruin" it somehow and do something crazy because we see her dropping a match into some gas chamber or something trying to blow up something/someone in the trailer, and then Vi and Jinx will part ways and become their in game versions where they arent trying to kill each other but are on bad terms.
