Backwards Spinning Invert Pole Tutorial. This tutorial will break down the tips and tricks to help you invert backwards on spinning pole. Which is easier, inverting forwards or backwards? I get asked this a lot. And the answer is that it is different for everyone! For some polers a forward spinning chopper just makes sense for the body and brain but for other polers inverts are nemesis until they try this backwards spinning invert. So if you are still working towards your first invert, or inverts are a struggle for you, I would encourage you to give this one a try and see if perhaps backwards is your jam!

I have been training my inverts on spin pole following this tutorial and the one for forward spinning. What I do is what here in Australia we call "spider climbs", I think Elizabeth called them outside leg climb. I have to say that forward climbs on my bad side are still a struggle but the backwards are a breeze after following Elizabeth's instructions 😄

In this backwards spinning invert it is on a spinning pole but this same invert works on static as well.
