How to invert in the air spinning backward + conditioning

Inverting up in the air while spinning can be a tricky thing to get down.
here is my take on how you can build strength and technique to nail your flying invert on the pole for all of your tricks.
I also included 3 conditioning exercises to strengthen your core and get more comfortable working that pole.
