These clips would be great to use in a court custody battle. Chloe and her mom are trying to alienate Max from Ava. He has every right to text, or call in regards to Ava. If I was him I would be working two jobs saving money for an attorney saving these tlc episodes, documenting every conversation/interaction with dates, times, and what was said or done, then screenshotting every text, recording every call and then go after them for full custody or at least get joint custody.

My oldest son had a baby with his girlfriend. He was paying his child support to her. After they broke up she decided if she didn't want him to come get his son on his visitation day/ times she wouldn't let him have him. Went to a lawyer and he said to let her know he talked to a lawyer. He went over to get his son on his days and time. He kept track of time and day she kept refusing and let the lawyer know. So he filed a contempt of court against her! She sure changed her tune when she got the summons to court !! Wanted him to cancel it but nope she had to go and got a talking to from the judge and a warning of what she could be charged with if not complying !! He should Go to a lawyer and set up visitation when he can !! He has rights to.

@@jessica_jam4386 have you ever been to a catholic baptism? There's no "stage", and usually it's just the parents and godparents who participate in the ceremony. The priest probably had no idea his family was even there, as nasty as her family was acting, I wouldn't be surprised if chloe's family told the priest that the boy and his family wouldn't be there.

Chloe’s mom acts like a teenager, her dad is a puppy dog, and Chloe is a clone. Poor max just needed a little grace.. he was trying to do the right thing by his daughter and all these childish adults think they know best.

Sure he did some wrong things in the past but clearly there’s been some changing going on. The mom is literally crazy and controlling. I feel like the daughter is stuck in between the two because she doesn’t want her family being upset at her and she doesn’t want him being upset with her. I get why he’d be upset.. he’s trying to be there for his kid. I grew up Catholic and baptism were such a happy event in the church. What a joke this family is to ruin that whole experience and to try to push the father away like that.
