    Love it! This will compliment your recent arms masterclass nicely for me. I don't have a preacher bench so I'm grateful for this alternative. I'm glad I bought an incline bench for my home gym just a few months ago, it's really opened up my options for so many exercises since I only had a flat bench for way too long.

      John MICKEY HSABO one more thing about bicep exercise ,I have to squeeze at a the top or should I do concentric portion with squeezing the bicep too??it's very hard to connect with bicep

    • @johnmickeyhsabo4619
      @johnmickeyhsabo4619 6 лет назад +1

      roman_ reigns_guy go on a 1 count up 4 count down for 8 to 12 reps you gonna feel your biceps brutally during this and after that hold the flexed position at the top for 15 seconds

    I have a problem where I can't exceed 35 pounds on my dumb bells. I've tried making them lighter and done them for weeks where I can curl 35 pounds ten times twice, but no matter what I do I can't manage to curl 40 pounds more than 3 times.

    • @Bensallthingsoutdoors_
      @Bensallthingsoutdoors_ 5 лет назад

      Preacher curl single arm is placing full load on bicep don't rush it because you can tear a bicep trying to go to heavy before the muscle is ready for it.

    • @reg29-mi3ll
      @reg29-mi3ll Год назад

      You haft to be very consistent and do what you can with the 40 and only what you can so do what you can with the 40 then finish the rest of your reps with the 35 it’s really hard at first but eventually your arms start adapting that’s how it was with me when I went from the 30 to the 35 now I do 8 reps of 35 then switch to the other arm and do 8 reps of the 35 on that arm then go back to my other arm and 2 more reps on that arm and then wait like 10-30secs sometimes a minute admittedly don’t recommend cause you don’t want your biceps cooling down but one thing to note is I don’t do preacher I am really against preacher curls I don’t thing I’ve ever tried them and if I did I think I did them wrong so thank god for that cause nah preacher is not it 😭 to me at least idk I just don’t trust the exercise as I’ve seen to many incidents happen with preacher curls

    lock your wrist in neutral angle, never curl your wrist. If you do, you are not overloading the forearm, aka cheating.
