    Ahh nice advice. I've been using a preacher curl that's attached to my bench and it has a rubber stopper on it I've been going down to, then re-engaging to bring it back up. Makes sense to instead keep tension on the bicep.

    i was doing these today. i feel it better if i lean forward. if im too low on the seat and leaning back it irritates bicep tendon and when at top of the rep the stress of the bicep is gone. because the weight is now directly above my elbow
