  • If you want to Fix your Posture then these Posture Exercises will be perfect for you. The exercises will help with rounded shoulders and fix a hunchback. These posture correction exercises are designed in an easy-to-follow routine and you can do these daily. So if you want to have good upright health then this 5 Minute Workout will do just that.     I have been doing this posture reset everyday since it landed. I have had problems with my shoulder for a long time and even after one session it had more mobility and less pain.
    I have also been doing atleast 2 of your 5 minute routines every morning in 2023. Your standing abs are brilliant- 3 c sections mean I struggle in this area but definitely seeing an improvement.
    I love the idea of building your own programme from your array of routines. It's something I will continue.

    Hi Lucy, I do this moves since the 10 min posture workout every single day as bad posture is a big problem for me. And it works! I feel I'm even taller and my shoulder pain is gone. Thank you so much ❤🌞

    I salute u again Lucy - my posture and I thank u very much! A couple of weeks ago a friend noticed my posture was getting very round shouldered - since then i’ve made a conscious effort to lift and pull back my shoulders … i feel the difference both in height / and sucks the old tummy in but also less neck / shoukder ache. Now i’ll add this workout to my daily ones too to keep the shoulders and me straight 👏💪😀

    As a constant computer user this is great for me! I've been following along with some of your 7 minute belly exercises for about half a month now to get 'a little less squishy' as I like to put it (so far so good), and recently started doing your 5 min knee pain exercise as well. Adding this one to my list!

    I have been noticing my shoulders have rounded and also at the base of my neck. I feel like I look 10 years older and am so sad. I wish I'd noticed this video sooner. I have loved your videos and your style as a trainer for many years. Please make more posture videos!! It's something you don't think about until you need it. We spend soo much time looking down!

    I'm suffering from sciatica on my left side, a recurrence after two surgeries a few years ago. I turned to this despite how much agony moving put me in, and I already can feel an improvement. I think I still will need targeted physical therapy in the long run, but this is already helping after one session. I forgot how much I enjoyed your workouts, and I'm excited to get back to normal after I'm released to it after I see my doctor.

    There is nothing more Aging than the rounded shoulders/hump that comes from poor posture. Catching sight of my reflection in a car window was a wake-up call for me! If I can incorporate this five minute routine at the end of my Lucy workout, I hope I can set the clock back!

    I have kyphosis and had made progress but lost it all during chemotherapy. Just finished 6th round TCHP chemo and am trying to strenghten posture and also do some other strengthening to build myself up before double mastectomy at the end of April. Dear Lucy, if you have suggested all in one exercise to address hunched posture and strengthening core before my surgery, please reply with a link. I am going to be going flat so really want to work on chest area to have flexibility and hopefully trim down fat so things will be nice and smooth after surgery. Thank you

    Pls add a different 5 min standing bad posture, 5 min neck stress, 5 min hump on back, 5 min to reduce double chin.

    Is there a workout to help someone that’s not active with hardly any muscle mass. I struggle with standing too long and any pressure put on my back while on the floor hurts. I also have no ab muscles since I had a c-section with my daughter almost two years ago. I’ve been wanting to lose all this weight and get in shape so I can sleep better and just be comfortable in general but I struggle with having the energy and motivation to do it.

      Just start with the five minute videos! If you can’t make it five do it for two minutes. Just keep coming back. Before you know it you will go longer and longer. Stretch if you get sore:)

    Good morning Lucy this is just what I needed. I've always had poor posture. I will never forget how ridiculed I was from a personal trainer who was running buggy fit classes for new mums. She singled me out and described me as an old lady in front of the other mega fit mums. I drove home in tears, needless to say never to return. Now I'm one of your regular followers and this work out is just amazing. I definitely feel taller and will try and maintain a straight back when wfh. Lucy, you are such a lovely person who always inspires us and emits so much positivity and kindness. Thank you ❤

      Yes - any of my standing ones will be fine for you (the exercise you should avoid is anything lying on you back - this can slow down blood flow by putting compression on major blood vessels) 👍🏼💕💃🧚🏻‍♀️💋💋
