I was watching another content creator who was complaining about hair shedding. I’m gonna share this on IG if she’s on IG. I love the history lesson about women in the hair care industry and their impact. I watched a couple of the CJ Walker show on IG but for some reason didn’t finish the series. 🤔 Had no IDEA her family has stock in L’Oréal!!!! That is SOOOOO AWESOME! Talk about generational wealth! Such a good video!!!!!! ❤❤❤❤

Cool, thank you!!! I appreciate you watching it. I debated adding the history in there but thought it would be interesting to the people who appreciate this type of information. Oh wow, I didn’t know that about Madam CJ Walker either !!!!

Hey Endia!! I’m in science as well. Started out in research no I’m on the clinical side. I agree with you, when I was an undergrad everyone thought I was a business major. I went to a predominantly white campus and most there wasn’t many people of color in stem fields. When I told people I was a biochem major they all thought it was odd. But it’s what I like. There is definitely a stigma with it, about women in general, that are interested in stem fields are usually too focused to care about their looks. But it definitely doesn’t have to be that way.
I used regular black tea in the past , for the caffeine I believe is what helps combat the shedding. I didn’t really see much if a difference so I stopped. Perhaps I’m doing it wrong.

Hey!!! That is so cool. I didn’t know that about you. Same here I am not on the clinical side either. I’ve seen info about black tea helping with shedding as well. Sometimes all treatments or home remedies don’t work on everyone so maybe that’s the case for you? I haven’t tried black tea yet but I might try it in the future to see if I notice a difference from using the green tea.
