not that i hate intermittent fasting, maybe its not just for me. i did lose weight with it but i always feel like a shit. i hated it thats why i switched my diet to agoge diet. never felt better and happier, so easy to follow and still deliver results

You can have Water, Green Tea, Coconut Water, Tea or Coffee without Milk and Sugar. It means you can have 0 Calorie or less then 10 Calorie Beverages during the Fasting hours.

In intermittent fasting u have to follow calories deficit diet too mam
Add green vegetables and cucumber in ur lunch and dinner
And jwar roti instead of wheat roti

U still need to be on caloric deficit to lose weight agar aap fast karke zada kha rhe ho that won't work fast karke u have to be on a deficit also to boost your weight loss journey
