    not that i hate intermittent fasting, maybe its not just for me. i did lose weight with it but i always feel like a shit. i hated it thats why i switched my diet to agoge diet. never felt better and happier, so easy to follow and still deliver results

      You can have Water, Green Tea, Coconut Water, Tea or Coffee without Milk and Sugar. It means you can have 0 Calorie or less then 10 Calorie Beverages during the Fasting hours.

      Doing for 15 days if u feel changes in body then leave it do only 2 tymes a week and portion control in ur diet xercise for 40 mint and walk 1 hr daily and stay hydrated throughout the day consume to 7 glasss of water every day. Ur weight will be automatically maintained..

      Minimum 1000 calaries eat nd water taking minimum 6 to 7 leters
      Nd walking compulsary mrng 1 hour
      Nd evng 1 hour...
      Same 16/8 am doing loss 15 kgs loss
