Crikey...get on with it! Four minutes and counting...at last the band are in the room. I'm not denying Ginger's drumming talents, but a four minute drum intro...really? When it finally does kick in it's a great song, all be it way too short. The Hyde Park version is superb. Reminds me of "What A Bring Down" by Cream. Could have been a really great song, shame...still, each to their own I guess.
Ginger Baker is one of the best drummers ever. Pure improvisational and time genius.
Still inspirational after all these years!!!
Best drum solo ever on the planet Earth !
These men were most excellent in what they produced. I still have the original vinyl.
What a drum solo is all about!!
Thanks for posting this incredible music. Ginger Baker is the man ! A mix of Family, Traffic, and Cream.
Enjoy the great cosmic jam, Ginger. Thanks for the beats mate.

clapton to the left of him, bruce to the right, what a sound they made, all the world wonders, when will their glory fade !!!!!!!
Great song with terrific musicianship. Never could quite get past the crash land at the end, though.
Thank you for posting this!

We all need to make a 2 vid playlist of part one and two, I have :)
DING DONG BAY-BONG!
Ginger Baker died today. Listening attentively, one can hear the drumbeat of a battery among the dust of the stars.
@donaldnewmanmedone Bruford is a conservatory-trained percussionist, and really can't be compared to the self-taught rock drummers mentioned here.
~a two part story. ~aloha!
Grande Baker
@makapaci Yes, he's imitating Peter Lorre.
D Flat!
"H" in Germany that's what they call "G#"! (5:29)
Oh.
@zddlive "Have you got information" (???)
H
@sebastiansap2003 Oh yes he can!!! Nothin like Bonzo on the drums ever!!! If ANYONE could come close, it would have to be Ginger.
@sebastiansap2003 That's very insensitive. You need some sensitivity training.
