- There are bootlegs claiming to have been recorded in Göteborg on 13th June. These bootlegs were most likely recorded from a radio broadcast originated from the 18 June concert.
The greatest band besides the Beatles of course. Blind Faith was the ticket to ride to get high. And you got high!!! Will the 60's repeat itself?
That time is, too sad, over. We still live and have the memories, if even. Wonderful rockmusic. I still love it....
Esta canción la escuche por primera vez en 1972, mi hermano mayor tenia este Lp, mi persono tenia 11 años, me trae buenos recuerdos. Un saludo desde El Salvador C.A
It's bloody History Man !
The Rythm is just mesmerizing, thats my fave part of the whole song
GB's fell into dope again towards the end of BF's tour. I think EC was hoping for an English version of The Band but with all the hype and Ginger's habits, it became a nightmare for Clapton (like late era Cream).
Ginger Baker. The greatest drummer of all time
The best.
You´re right, absolutely
Do Right use yer "Head ", We're Goin Wrong, Do what you Like, Break Your Bread , AND be Silent Instead...
Creams breakup was 2 things man, Baker and Bruce's fighting (which eric had to mediate) and Eric getting bored from playing commercialized blues.
Robby Finkelstein which is why he formed the band Derek and the Dominos. Played small venues and went by the alias “Derek”
cool...
some version...!!
Where is Part 2?
@scittball lol yeah
@Johnnybgoode56 What problems did clapton have??? just being tired of having to live up to another Cream? Who blames him...he proved his virtuosity by the time he was 23 and Cream broke up. He never needed to play another note to be a legend....but he formed Blind Faith with Winwood and they just didn't work. The audience wanted Cream. How was this Cla
pton's problem??
@pageyzoso84 Bwahahahaha, you always get one, An expert I mean.
Some of us were there when it happened & we are not experts.
@scittball People who are historians talk like that. :)
Cream's breakup was not about habits....maybe some spiritual LSD trips.....but they played high all the time. They played amazingly high on pot and acid. This is apparent in their live work. But Clapton was tired of this type of outfit.
@pageyzoso84 And cocaine. Don't forget all the cocaine
They all had habits....especially Ginger! Do more research. I am a Historian. I have been doing proper research for 7 years now, friendo. what is your profession?
Ginger Baker was the best drummer at that time. A lot of rock drummers were much better than him on earlies 70' s.
extremadrummer here we go
