    Oh my goodness! These moves are brutal 😂😂😂😂. I was out of breath and I had to pause many times on my first try. I hope I can gradually build up my strength. This workout is challenging but I love it❤️

    When I first started a month ago, the first three days hurt like hell but then the fourth day came and it was easier! I did it everyday but now I just do it a few times a week. I love this video!

    Hardest workout ever for me lower body workout...I'll walk like a handicapped person for the next 3 days after lower body workout..hope we will get a cool down excercises video. For all those who are gonna give it a try...all the best and fighting..I'll definitely pray for your inner thighs 😉

    안녕하세요! Hey Guys! Discovered Tabata a few weeks back and am impressed at how great your bodies look and the many Tabata enthusiasts out there. I’ve been watching a few different videos and after not exercising for a great number of years, find the routines a bit to fast for me. I’m 50 and have been looking for a beginner routine for older men. You guys are young and in your prime and I’m sure that I can get there in time, but would you consider doing a beginners Tabata video with the most basic or easiest exercises that can help someone like me ease into Tabata. Appreciate the hard work you do to churn out your Awesome videos. Foe the time being, could you point me out to any of your 4 min workout videos as a starter foe a beginner like me? Oh! One more thing, I’m from Singapore and just Love your vlog of your trip to Singapore!

    Did this for the 1st time and woooooww... what a challenge to keep up... :)
    But I'm sure if continue this daily along with a full body tabata or other videos that targets each part of body, Loosing weight and getting toned wont be an issue anymore..
