I’ve been watching a few different videos and after not exercising for a great number of years, find the routines a bit to fast for me. I’m 50 and have been looking for a beginner routine for older men. You guys are young and in your prime and I’m sure that I can get there in time, but would you consider doing a beginners Tabata video with the most basic or easiest exercises that can help someone like me ease into Tabata. Appreciate the hard work you do to churn out your Awesome videos. Foe the time being, could you point me out to any of your 4 min workout videos as a starter foe a beginner like me? Oh!
