So, perfect 3, 5 minute sessions. I came in from the garden this morning really happy about this: I was able to go down on my knees and weed and then... I was able to stand up without the help of my shovel handle! That's big for me because I was having an extremely hard time lifting myself up from the ground. The exercises I've been doing with you is totally working. I'm getting stronger and feeling happier. Thanks Mike.

Finding all your seated videos a brilliant tool for my new fitness regime, and love your clear simple instruction and encouragement. I need to protect my knees but am progressing to some of the standing exercises as my upper body strength and balance is improving - even over just a couple of weeks!

This is so good. My primary issue is my knees! If I lock them, the left hurts, but I don't know if I 'soften' them is the exercise still good? Thanks so much for making these videos. They are my way back to health and exercise!
