This was great, thanks, I've been looking for "does sciatica go away on its own?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Venayden Wanillian Method - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my colleague got great results with it.
Just found your videos, Mike. At 75 and playing golf 3 times a week, my lower back stiffens up and gets painful. Doing your stretches morning & evening has really helped a great deal. I feel much better and can swing the club better too. Thanks.

Extremely grateful to my son for recommending you to me. I am 84 years old and your workouts are the answers to all my body needs. Please feature a strength training video using resistance bands. I have been doing your Leg, Knee and Hip workout for my osteoarthritis of the knee. I like it better than the workout given me by the physical therapist recommended by my doctor. I also love ❤️ your Stairs workout, Standing Core and Glute, and the 29 minutes exercises ( is this considered an aerobic workout ? ) More power to you, Mike

Hi Mike ..it's Agnes ..I been slack moving in.pain all over my hip.& sciatic aches shoulder, toes and legs ..get a lot cramps back.of leg and ankles. Your stretches are Magical helping me thanks a million ...going continue again...✌

Just getting into your system. 78 years old. Was able to do a stand up/chair test with arms crossed well, 17 in 30 sec. Starting with three. Do you suggest every day or every other day? If every day maybe start with six and do 3 one day a different 3 the next day.
Hi Mike. Tonight was the first time I've tried the stretching exercises. I have something my doctor calls essential tremors and I found that when I did the standing one, my right leg was shaking so bad I had to sit down. Is this something that may lessen over time? Generally, it happens when I'm standing.
@@MoreLifeHealth It helped a bit but still have problems when I'm standing still for any length of time. I've also been going for more walks so I'm hoping that will also help.

Gosh doing that arm stretch on left side with a wear and a tear on tendon is a bit sore 🥴
Correction: not 29 but 20 minutes exercise. Is this considered aerobic workout?
