    I was on the verge of getting a walker couple of days ago due to difficulty walking without veering left or right, and being conscious of every step. After doing your exercises I felt an enormous difference in my walking, such an improvement I decided to hold off on the walker. Thanks for your amazing helps thru these workouts for everyone!

    Thanks Mike everyday l have been doing your 30 minutes seated exercises after having two full strokes. I am 88 years old but so enjoy your seated exercises. I will keep doing your classes until God calls for me. Eileen Kaye (from the U.K.)

    I finally did it! I have been working on my balance almost daily for the past couple months, since I felt that I was on the decline. Today I did get thru the entire routine, maintaining my balance! Thank you. At 75 years old, can't take the little successes for granted.

    Hi Mike, Great dynamic balancing exercises. I have done this over two days, and didn't have to hold on to the chair. With consistent exercises very day, I am feeling much better, although I know I have a long way to go to get rid of the stiffness. I am 80 years old, and am from Melbourne Australia. Thank you.

    After a total knee replacement revision (6 months ago) and now being confined, it is great to have such a good physiotherapist at home !

    Hi Mike, I've got really bad arthritis in my right foot, and it's been causing balance problems, and because of it I've become anxious about falling. I'm a lifetime walker and outdoorswoman, so the thought of becoming unable is frightening. I've been doing these balance exercises now for five
    days, and already I can see a difference. I can even do the static balance for thirty seconds on the 'bad' foot. I'm going to keep them going every single morning! Thank you so much for putting them up on here.

      same here senior myself teaching yoga to elders.. finding some cool stuff on here.. love the sideways step foot front and behind... I am challenged with balance after breaking right leg.. but soldiering on... balance improving with exercises like this

    Dr said i‘ll need a knee replacement. I find some of the exercises hard as my knee is all inflamed although it has come down a lot on Ketovore. It used to be twice the size of my other knee. I laugh when Mike says feet together😂if only 🙏🙏🙋🏻‍♀️🇬🇧

    Mike, I’ve been doing doing your 10 minute and 20 minute balance exercises for seniors. I’m 71 years old. I’ve already been improving the exercises after one week.
    I have a question. We don’t use shoes inside our house. So I’ve been doing the exercises either in socks or barefoot. Do you think I should be doing the exercises in sneakers as opposed to socks or barefoot to get the most out you your workouts? Thank you for your RUclips exercise videos!

      No barefoot is actually better for balance exercises Paul. Going barefoot will help work the sensory receptors of the feet which become less effective after years of wearing shoes. It can present a slip hazard however, and there is also a chance of injury if using weights or if there is loss of sensation/numbness in the feet so caution may be needed and I would not recommend to everyone. Keep up the good work! :)

    It seems the body is not forgiving. I used to work out everyday but stopped when when my mother took ill. 10 years and now I have all the problems of a 6o year old. Who knew this was coming! Take care of yourself everyday cause it matters to have strengthening exercises incorporated in everyday routines. :-) Thanks

    I can do the balance exercises which ask to stand on one leg when standing on my left leg but topple over when trying to do the left leg. Any advise?

      Start by holding on Patricia and then progress to no hands, whilst also doing the other exercises

    Hi Mike I love your exercises ! I had vestibular prob which effects my balance . I find walking downhill a particular struggle with balance any suggestions to help ?

      Hey Karen. Thank you. Stick to the balance exercises consistently both dynamic and the static ones. There are vestibular specialist Physiotherapists that may be worth a search for in your area!

    Standing on one leg is a static balance exercise,not a dynamic exercise.
